We had our baker back out last minute. With only 2 weeks until our party we provided an inspo picture and arrived 2 weeks later to the most beautifully PERFECT cake for our event (delicious too I might add!) I could not recommend this shop enough! It’s safe to say we have a new baker for all of our events moving forward.

Hello I am writing this review based on my experience with N'Sweet Delights. While initially I was very excited to be ordering from them the closer I got to needing the cake the more difficult communication became. After sending many emails and calling/texting often after I made the initial deposit. I did not recieve a response until 6 days later the day before I needed my cake notifying me that I could pick it up at 6pm on saturday. considering I was purchasing this cake for an event I was not available to do that leaving me scrambling to find a way to pick it up. Initially I requested to pick up the cake on sunday after I made the deposit they notified me that I would need to pick it up on saturday. After lots of efforts to communicate with the baker we came to a common ground of delivering the cake to my homr only for her to cancel and ask me to pick it up from her house and if I couldnt there is nothing else she can do. When I asked if she would be able to provide a discount or some sort of accomodation for the lack of communication and inability/ willingness to respond in a helpful manner she completely disregarded the message. I eventually found a way to pick it up but was VERY upset with my overall experience. I NEVER write negative reviews but was quite disappointed with the overall outcome, while the cake was beautiful the cake was far too expensive for its simplicity + the customer service. I wouldnt recommend ordering from here unless they hire on extra hand help to create more ideal experience for their customers.

Fully recommended! He has made my cakes and cupcakes since 2021 ☺️ I haven't taken a photo of many of them but they have all been equally delicious. The guests always ask and comment on the good taste. He always has a good recommendation if you're not sure what you want. Their hors d'oeuvres are also spectacular. As long as I keep working I'll keep buying lol ❤️
