Service was horrible, been a regular for years ago with my co workers and there is one waitress you always gives the worst service. This time had part of our order waiting for 15 minutes and never came back to check on us or let us know how much longer. When my co worker went up to see where the rest of our order was at our waitress raised her voice at him about how there was no one in the kitchen. I could hear her from the kitchen to the other side of the restaurant talking to him and then she started talking about us to other customers loud enough so we could hear her. She was being very rude even after that when she had to check us out when he wanted a refill. She just walked away and when we asked another server for the refill, she came up behind to tell us she didn't offer to refill because they didn't have tea made yet. Don't know how we deserved the treatment we got from her today.

Food like mom used to make. The waitresses are friendly. I recommend the liver and onions.Vegetarian options: The vegetables are home cooked. You can get a vegetable plate of 4 different vegetables. Ask about added meat. I think that the greens are cooked with ham.Parking: This restaurant is in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: It's a child friendly restaurant. There's usually an older crowd, but they all have grandchildren, and they're tolerant of children.

Monday lunch couldn't have been better. This family-friendly restaurant is hands down the best in the area. After reading rave reviews and hearing glowing recommendations, my wife and I, both burger lovers, decided to give it a try. Our 5-year-old enjoyed his chicken and fries, but let me tell you about the burgers. I've had some of the best in the United States, and these ones belong on that list. Bursting with flavor and loaded with toppings, they were simply amazing. The service was top-notch, making us feel like family the moment we walked in. If you're looking for where the locals eat and the best prices in town, don't hesitate – there should be a line out the door.

Went here for breakfast and it was very good so since we were in the area again we decided to try their lunch. The lunch was only ok. They were out of a lot of food and so we ordered other stuff. Then decided to get the cherry cobbler which was pretty much only a bowl of cherry pie filling with no crumb lol. If we go back it will only be for breakfast lol

First time visiting Nicole's and last. Sat at the bar. Staff was attentive and lively. The reason for the 2 star is the attitude of Nicole, the lack of sanitary etiquette and lack of concern for customer request. First, Nicole is very rude to her staff. She called one of her waitress "stupid" and did not care that customers could hear her comments about this particular waitress (who by the way she had negative comments to say about her the entire time we were there). Secondly, we watched Nicole scratch her head several times and not wash her hands just continued to prepare food as well as the other cook use her hands without gloves to put food on the plate. Lastly, myself and another customer requested our food a certain way and you could tell Nicole didn't appreciate the customer's request as it was not prepared as requested.This was our first and last time at this establishment. Do better Nicole! Treat your staff better and for goodness sake be more sanitary in your processes.
