I got a takeout catfish dinner and when I got it home I discovered I only got three very small pieces of fish. The sweet potatoes and coleslaw were good, but I was extremely disappointed in the amount of fish.

We went out to celebrate with my family for her birthday and it was awful.The waitress and wait staff was amazing I don’t blame them at all because they can’t help the food. Keep in mind, waitress and waiters don’t cook the food so it’s weird to get mad at them for that. The chefs however..My food was cold and my steak was chewy like rubber. My salmon was bland and very hard. Don’t get me started on the Mac and cheese. I had to drink water every-time I drank it because it was so thick it was like velveeta cheese. The only good thing from there was the nachos,sweet tea, and rolls.O’Charley’s used to be very good but now I see how downhill it has gone and it’s very sad. I used to boast about this place.

First off, our server was great. Think her name was Katelyn. Ordered the Peach Chutney Chicken, was told they were out of it. Next ordered the “new” Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Bowl. I can not say “nasty” enough times to explain how bad it was. What a peculiar taste. Very little chicken. I assume the pineapple part came in the the fruit salsa. Probably wasn’t a half of teaspoon of it. Rice Pilaf was a mushy brown colored rice, never saw the Pilaf part. Would not ever order again.

The good at O'Charley's is horrible. Out of four different people who ordered not one meal was even satisfactory.My steak wasn't edible, the potato was mushy, and the side salad was straight from the refrigerator with the cold croutons.The southern seafood platter that my husband ordered was 75% breading.Also, his seafood platter was way overcooked.We used to go to O'Charley's quite often and after a bad experience four years ago we decided to give them a chance.Never..ever again.The server was nice.

So the food portions were extremely small. My kids were still hungry begging for more and they typically don't finish their food. My husband didn't enjoy his food at all. He had a steak & chicken tenders. His steak tasted rancid. They also advertised children eat free which was why I wanted to try this place. Nope we were charged for all of it. *don't believe the advertisement!*

Husband ordered pork chop. He said it tasted freezer burned.The second one was great.You don't get between him and a pork chop.My salmon was moist and very tasty.Service was good even though they were very busy.

We were greeted politely and promptly seated. Waitress was great; attentive and quick. Our food was delicious and served at the correct temperature. The dessert was blackberry cobbler and it was just right- served warm, ( not overly sweet), with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back!Kid-friendliness: I saw a couple of families with their young children.Parking: Plenty of parking spots surround the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple handicapped parking spaces. Restaurant is one story building, ample space inside and in restroom.
It's our 1st time eating here and we like it. We will surely be back to try new menu.

We order delivery from this location often. Usually the portions are very large and the quality is good.Today, I ordered the chicken tenders and fries meal. It had 4 of the tiniest tenders ever in it and a small handful of fries for $12. It seemed old like it had been reheated.I also ordered a rice bowl and a pasta bowl. Lots of rice and pasta and a tiny amount of meat in each.Hope this was just an off night and not their new normal.

The food was good tonight but nothing was special. Except for our waitress, who put so much effort into trying to make it a great experience that she deserves extra kudos. Class AA service on her part. The atmosphere was ho-hum as it was not particularly busy that night. Still, I'll go back.

Dropped in for a late dinner last night. We were waited on by an attentive server, Ashlee, and had a very pleasant meal. Hubby had catfish and I had the California Chicken Salad. All was excellent, especially the hot rolls. Meant to try the peach cobbler but will do that next time.
