This restaurant has gone down significantly. The young lady Charlene that helped me was rude and impatient. I placed my order online and sat in the restaurant while it was being prepared. I had walked the food line and noticed the chicken thighs were out in one pan with fat scraps left. I know I didn't want that. So I watched and waited. Sure enough she tried to place the fat scraps and pieces on my plate. I walked up and said is this the online order? Because of so I don't want that. She was upset. I requested a thigh out of the fresh pan. She chose the most burnt piece she could find, cut it up and put it on my plate. I didn't have the time to address the issue while there due to having return to work on time. But it will be addressed. Charlene needs to work on her customer service skills.

Poorly managed.The manager and servers didn’t even bother acknowledging about 15-20 customer waiting to order food. Instead the workers (minus the cooks) worried about taking care of all the online orders.Foods always good. Poor service.
