Our pizza had a slice missing. Literally, AN ENTIRE SLICE OF PIZZA WAS MISSING! When we called to let the manager know, he didn’t seem to be bothered by his driver’s behavior in the least. Did I tip?? $6 for delivering 2 pizzas…. It’s so disappointing because we liked this location and now I have zero trust at this site. Buyer beware, you may not receive your entire pizza.

My boyfriend went in to ask for an application and was speaking to the guy at the front counter and the manager Kelsey decided she wanted to shout from the back of the store for everyone to hear and say ‘we are not hiring’ would not want to work at a place like this due to a very rude manager. No need for that at all, made people extremely uncomfortable. Won’t be ordering from this place anymore either. Very bad experience.

I don't know why Pizza Hut has changed but you used to be able to do flavor crust on the pizza and original pan was the best. Hawaiian with a bbq drizzle days...those days are gone. Just grabbed a quick pizza on the way home yesterday...was having issues with the app and ask the store attendant if I could just order through him and he seemed to not know about their deals they have or couldn't be bothered...so tried the app again...worked this time. Sadly for the cost and that aggravation it will be my last time getting pizza from Pizza Hut.

The deep dish super supreme pizza I got was hot, however the toppings and the sauce used tasted old... like from a day or two ago. The dough was very chewy as well as if it didn't thaw all the way or was made hours in advance. Bleh.

$44 for 2 medium pizza's is ABSURD!!! Pepperoni pie was fine...hard to mess that up, but the other (pinapple, banana peppers & ham) barely had any topics. Never got a bit with all 3 toppings on that pie!

Undercooked pizza. I ordered the Big New Yorker. It was awful. It's just a run of the mill large pizza. This is not the Big New Yorker from years ago. Won't be going back and I suggest you don't either.
