I order a coffee that has crumbs and I ask for extra crumbs but they put the wrong ones in they did fix it but didn't add the extra cream I ask for and they didn't put the extra crumbs. The one by the mall is amazing

Stopped here this morning to get my regular brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with cold foam and caramel drizzle. The drink was completely disgusting and I go to a different Starbucks every single day. Watered down, no love put into it, tasted like old coffee NOT espresso. Do better. I tip my baristas but not them today. For people who depend on their coffee and work extra long hours you set the tone for my day. Thanks. After $25 and a messed up coffee.

I stopped here yesterday because I hadn’t eaten all day. I ate a sandwich and later that night I had explosive diarrhea. I do not feel well at all! Please do not eat or drink anything from this location. The tea I ordered was made incorrectly as well. You get zero stars from me. I’m missing out on $30 an hour bc I’m not feeling well!

I did a mobile order for a drink and a breakfast sandwich.. when I arrived.. my drink was ready.. but my sandwich wasn’t.. I stood there.. for 10 whole minutes. Watching the barista (who had just gotten done making my sandwich) make other sandwiches while I’m still waiting… I had to ask twice… before the cashier went up to her to finally get my sandwich.. here’s a note.. make sure you continually put things out as you get done making them… people are waiting.. I placed the order 15 minutes prior. You had plenty of time.. don’t ignore customers either. Terrible experience.. not going back here.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I did I had a bad day and asked the person to make me a drink that would make me feel better… they did just that! Customer service was remarkable and the drink was fantastic! I hope they knew how greatful I was! It also was a matcha frappe y’all are amazing!!
