Arrived on Monday, April 15th, around 4:18 pm. Hostess said it would be a five to ten minute wait. After watching about six couples/parties, get seated, I enquired to the hostess that we were still waiting (20 minutes). She said they had paged us, which was not the case because we had not been texted. We had been waiting in the area just inside the front door. We were shown to a both by the kitchen where the table was not cleared. The second hostess said she was sorry and went into the kitchen to retrieve some help. We stood there for a few minutes and when she came back out we said we we're going to leave. We proceeded to Longhorn.

Had my birthday lunch here and the service was excellent! The food was really good as well. My husbands order had a bit of a misunderstanding which we were totally fine with but to our surprise the manager came over and offered a steak on the house which was super sweet. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!!!

Birthday celebration. 7 people. Orders were confused, Country fried steak became chicken, Salad with 2 dressings became 2 salads. The place was loud, and we understand confusion, however, no attempt to make it right other than an offer to replace the meal after the waitress checked on us 20 minutes after serving. A disappointing birthday indeed.

Went to TR with a gift card not sure what we would experience. Opens at 3:00pm and got there at 3:30ish thinking it would be desolate. Nope. The place was hopping for happy hour and “linner” specials. We sat at the bar being that the wait for a table was 10 mins. Again….at 3:30. Kelli our bartender was sweet, accommodating and efficient. She asked if we wanted a basket of bread and we thought why not? It was amazingly soft, warm doughy bread with cinnamon butter. While we LOVED it, it filled us up too much and got a large to-go box. Ordered a 22 oz Ultra $4 at happy hour. My husband ordered the Smoke House burger. He didn’t love the BBQ sauce on it but the burger was delicious. I ordered a combo of chicken critters (chicken tenders) and ribs with two sides. I got veggies and a sweet potato. The chicken critters were ok. A little dry. But the ribs were tender and fall-off-the-bone. My veggies (broccoli and carrots) were steamed to perfection and my sweet potato was hot and buttery. Amber, one of the managers, delivered our food and spent a few moments with us making sure our dish was what we wanted. Definitely will return!

I ordered the grilled shrimp (extra done) dinner. The shrimp were not at all well done. My husband ordered ribeye steak and shrimp with sweet potato and green beans. He didn't get his green beans. Definitely check your order if it's to go.

Friday in Orange Park Fl and one of the only steakhouses in town, the place will be packed. Prepare to wait for up to 90 minutes for table but.. the team here is highly organized and efficient! Food was fantastic and the service was awesome! Management team was out on floor helping serve meals and ensuring that our needs were taken care of.
