Very very good! A bit expensive but you get what you pay for and you can really get a lot of food. I’ve really enjoyed myself every time I’ve gone.

Top pot is easily the best Korean BBQ restaurant in Jacksonville and one of my favorite restaurants in general to eat at. I've been here a few times, and the food and service were great each time!

Really enjoyed this place! I got the hot pot and bbq (only like $6 more for both) and my server Young walked me through every step. It was my first time so that was super helpful and he had recommendations for everything! Sidenote: get the Thai boba ? Will be back every time I’m in town!

I have been coming here when it was called Oceanbreeze Seafood. I really like this second incarnation as Top Pot and Korean BBQ. It’s a favorite of myself and my compatriots that work late in the hospitality industry. The ingredients are very fresh and there’s a plethora of items that asian tastes will love. It has allowed me to challenge myself in the culinary view by taking me out of my comfort zone to try these interesting and different ingredients. Now I hear that they have an all you can drink boba tea bar. My favorite server is Le. They are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly with the different soups and ingredients. If this is your first time eating at a place like this don’t be afraid to ask for help and pay attention to the signs. This is an all you can eat buffet. No body can share plates. You will be charged. The price is reasonable for all of the great ingredients you are offered.I eat here at least 3 times a month.Vegetarian options: All meals can be prepared vegetarian since you are cooking the meals yourselfDietary restrictions: Servers will educate you on menuParking: Parking wraps around restaurant with a view of a duck pondWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped bathroom and entrance

I have been here many times now with my partner. Love the food and service isn’t bad. Place could be a bit cleaner around the floors and tables. My major gripe is the gratuity that’s added. For one, it’s not consistent, and my partner and I (yes, a party of 2), asked why the gratuity wasn’t added a few times and waiter insisted he forgot to add it. It wouldn’t be a problem if it was posted that gratuity is added to EVERY bill and not just larger parties as posted on the signs at every table. Overall the food is great, and my partner and I will continue to make this one of our late night eateries.

I brought my future and laws there last night to present our Save the Dates and announce booking our venue and spent $307 on food. I told them when I arrived I was expecting my daughter to come after she got off from work. It was not her fault or ours that she was late getting off from work and that she surprised us by bringing my son-in-law with her. However, we were close to the end of your 2 hour limit, they refused to seat her or him. Like they thought that the rest of us were going to continue sitting there eating when I literally just wanted to make sure that my child and her man got to eat and I was going to be paying for their meals. Furthermore, upon reviewing my receipt, a $46.90 tip was added that I did not write. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. My family did not deserve this. We were not pigs that were trying eat all day for the cost of 1 meal, I literally just wanted my late guests accommodated.

Very loud and overcrowded. Tables sit very close to each other. Food is very good and employees are friendly.

First time! Take aways: don’t put too much on your plate at once. Skip the soup or turn it off! Food was excellent and high quality but there is a lot going on. Tables are small and not much space to eat at. I will go back and try again with what I learned. Overall great place to eat.

In all honesty, I was excited to come here after letting my boss know how much we love hot pots and that we used to go all the time in Maryland. It came highly recommended to us by someone I trust. I decided to bring my daughter here for her birthday. Because she loves to do hot pot for her birthday every year. And this year, because we are not from here, she would have missed it. However, this place didn't live up to the high expectations we had experienced at other locations. To say we were disappointed was putting it mildly. The location was fine, and our wait was ok because we had waited longer for a better hotpot. Our waitress was great. That's all the good I can say about this place. It was small, the food selection was minimal, and the broths were hot, but weak in flavor. We did BBQ and hotpot and I wish I hadn't. The BBQ from the meat to the grill was awful. The hotpot looked good as I was adding my food to it until she brought me my drink. I didn't realize it at the time, but after drinking some soda, my food tasted like fish. And I didn't put any fish into my hot pot. It was awful. But after a while, the fish flavor went away. But I was no longer feeling the hot pot. I decided to give it another try. But I took a sip of my soda and then a bite of my food. It was still fishy. When I took my drink to go and sipped it in the car, I was mad because the soda was fishy, not my hot pot!! A nasty drink ruined my food!! And since we were there for my daughter's birthday, we wanted to do the birthday robot, but she watched it fail a few times in a row and decided against it. If you read this far, I don't recommend eating here. I'm sorry, but it was a huge letdown. The only good thing was the price. But I would have paid more(have paid more)if it had been a good experience, but it wasn't. And I'm glad it was cheap.

Great experience dining at Top Pot. Yang was an excellent server. He was so nice and very attentive. We did the soup and the grill and had a blast with both. Not a fan of the ball type food, but everything was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Great variety of meats, veggies, etc. not a fan of them recently going to a kiosk based seating reservation system. The hostess can be a little dismissive. So far the servers have been good and attentive.
