These cookies are awesome! They’re fairly large and when fresh are warm and just melt in your mouth! If you let them sit and eat them later they are still fluffy and soft unlike most cookies that’ll gradually get hard. 10/10 I’ll be back!

These guys provided the cookies at a special Valentine's Day event at Portiva Apartments off of AC Skinner Pkwy. HOLY CRAP these cookies were amazing and I'm not a huge sweets person! I mean THE BEST cookies I've ever had. Much better than Publix and even better than that Cookie place in the mall. Highly recommend.

I live out of town and wanted to have some cookies delivered, so I put in an order. Bert went out of his way to deliver the cookies. I didn’t know there was a code and he called me and then waited for the code, he didn’t turn around! So he gets in the community and I put the wrong address, and he still didn’t give up! Finally he was able to deliver the cookies! I can’t express how much it meant to me that Bert didn’t give up. He definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate so much! Thank you, Bert

Every time I tried taking my kids here the inside was closed. (You have to order online and they bring the order outside) I already promised my kids cookies from tough guys as a reward. I’ve been waiting for over 30 mins with two small children for two cookies. There isn’t any outdoor seating. If I could walk away I would. I thought having a little mom and pop shop in our community would be a great place to walk to with the family. It was definitely not worth waiting this long outside (in the heat) for two cookies.If you want to surprise your kids with tough guys cookies or ice cream, make sure you plan ahead. Also, don’t expect it to be a place you can have an ice cream/cookie date because the inside might be closed. I recommend calling ahead of time; but on the other hand, why do we have to jump through hoops as customers?

My favorite cookie is oatmeal raisin and I had a hankering for an oatmeal cookie. I ordered an oatmeal cookie from Tough Guys and my tastebuds were in a frenzy. Warm, sweet and tasty. Best oatmeal cookie I have ever eaten in my life.
Not great, super flat, and way way WAY overpriced - even Publix is better. The little chic up front seemed like she had an attitude, like we were interrupting her day by coming in on a Saturday. We won’t ever be back.

OMG! BEST COOKIES EVER. Hands down. Their chocolate chip cookies were fresh out of the oven, gooey in the center and filled with large chocolate chips that melt in your mouth. I will never return to Crumbl cookies now that I’ve found Tough Guys. Tough Guys offers way better quality at a better price than Crumbl. With better prices and quality, Tough Guys will have my business every time. I will make sure to make this business my once a week treat stop! Please give them a try, I promise you will come back again and again after!Update: one year later and STILL the best cookie shop in town. This is the only place in town where you can get fresh baked cookies upon order. Always hot, fresh, gooey, melt in your mouth decadence. 1000% my top choice for sweets. I love them!
