I Got home later to reheat and and it's more DELICIOUS than any other Pho I had and I refuse to go back to place order pickups from them places EVER again! Because Viet NAM Palace is my go to for PHO NOODLES for now on! I'm grateful for my order, pricing, Great Friendly Staff and location! Thank You ‍‍‍

At one point this was a pretty solid option for Viet cuisine and surprisingly so being located in a mall. However, alas, things appear to have taken a turn for the worse. Eating here today I had a grilled pork and egg roll bun (noodle dish) and the noodles were pasty, the pork gristly, though the egg rolls were actually pretty good. Yet good egg rolls alone cannot salvage the rest of the dish. The waiter was nice but the music horrible--think the type of adult contemporary songs you'd hear in a Kohl's--and I mentioned that. The waiter kindly did switch the music to some Viet-pop but it's like, why have the worst of bland American pop playing in the first place? Also, the booths are badly worn with the upholstery peeling and cracking. I have to wonder if they simply are not getting the amount of business to really run a top-notch operation.

I've dined in here a millions times, but the last one didn't seemed right. I ordered taro boba/smoothie. It was supposed to be $5.50. I asked for the itemized receipt, coming to find out I got charged extra $.70- for extra boba. Not for "extra" boba, but I was told since I asked for smoothie, since many customers don't like the itself. So if I asked for just the smoothie, it'll be $5.50. But because they added boba, which it was described "BOBA", I ended up paying extra, without any warning or so. Honestly, it's not about the price, it's about being honest and being informed. Why labeled it as boba, when I have to pay extra to have the actual boba in my drink.

Find another place. I worked closely with a family that runs one of the most highly regarded Vietnamese spots in LA. If you weren't from or ready to drive to SGV then theirs was the place to get food made with care. I had high hopes for Vietnam Palace as I've been searching for anything comparable since moving to Jacksonville. I'm still looking, and you'll be doing yourself a favor by doing the same.

Really good, fresh food. I had the Korean style ribs . Their steamed rice and the warm peanut sauce for the summer rolls was some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely try the Pho next time. I could smell the broth perfuming the air and it added to the ambiance. Service was prompt and courteous.

Despite being far too busy for their staff support, the front of house guy Dung was incredibly efficient and attentive to the entire establishment's needs! While I generally don't sit down for food when visiting this area, their boba tea is worth the drive from St. Augustine! Simply one of the best coconut milk teas I've had The fact that they don't advertise their teas at all and are next to an obnoxiously labeled boba place should tell you what you need to know; they don't need the street draw to get the work done.

Great restaurant with excellent food and service. The pho was exceptional and I plan to come back for more. Interior of the restaurant looks nice too.

Visited several times, and food was excellent and at good price. However, I just visited on 09 April 2023, and the bill was $79 dollars! So, here is what I ordered: Pho large, Vietnamese ribs(3) small strips, small white rice, 2 egg rolls, 2 Cokes... For that, the bill was $79 dollars! I would not go back nor recommend this restaurant!

Overall i really enjoyed my visit. I will return. Flavors were great. The staff was pleasant and fast. So relaxing eating while listening to relaxing music. The portion size was filling and the Vietnamese flavors where delicious. I got the short rib combo and it was tastey

Came to this restaurant with my family and there was hair in our pho. The manager called An only offered a credit didn’t even apologize for the matter.

If Doordash had a hot list for my house, Viet Nam Palace may top it. We've been ordering from here probably once a week for the past couple months. It's been on point every single time, and the prices are great. The banh mi is excellent and an absolute steal for the price. The beef pho with rare steak, the pork chop rice or noodle dishes -- also excellent. For appetizers, the summer roll and rice flour pancake (which is similar to a scallion pancake) appetizers are the best. Apps are the only place where we've had a couple duds, the wings aren't the best (small and not crispy as advertised) and the calamari is hit or miss. The kitchen must be on top of their game, because the food arrives super quick, hot, and well-packaged. One of our new delivery go-tos.

I always get the house pho and it's delicious and always too much good in a good way! The staff is always pleasant and attentive. The place is clean and a good environment for families or date night :)
