Ordered one burger through the app 7 mins in advance. Got to the location and there were 4 cars in front of me. Took some time for me to get to the window to pick up my pm food. Then I had to wait there for several more minutes for my 1 burger. It was nothing special, just a Dave's double. It was a good burger but not worth that wait. I hope that was just a one in a thousand.

We’ve recently moved from Fleming Island to a new house on the west side and to say we miss this location is an understatement. From service to food they delivered quality every time and were always pleasant. Always had what we wanted available and were always efficient. From breakfast to lunch, to dinner it didn’t matter they were always amazing. Each worker is accommodating, speedy and efficient and we appreciate all their hard work.

Went through the drive through and asked for a Root Beer ZERO, and they gave me a regular one. I’m a type 1 diabetic and didn’t find out until my blood sugar went extremely high to the point where I almost needed to go to the ER.

We had a wonderful experience at Wendy's! Our young cashier was just so nice and funny and kind - and the lady who gave us our food was fantastic as well. Just super as far as customer service goes. We will definitely be back.

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had at this restaurant. I stopped in to get dinner like I do about 3 times a week after work, I was greeted by the young lady and told she would be with me shortly, there was an associate I guess trying to order his food for break after over 5 mins the young girl came over and asked him to please hurry since a guest was waiting at which he stated don’t rush me and that he wasn’t going to hurry for no one. This was the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen to make customers wait and then state that customers weren’t important enough to hurry so they could be taken care of. He got a major attitude when I complained and just had no care in the world about his attitude and the customer. Mind you I come to this Wendy’s every morning for breakfast and at least 3 times a week for dinner. After this kid’s attitude and total disregard for customers I will NEVER go back to this one! I will just take my money to a competitor who knows that their customers are important!
