This is the worst drive thru in Orange Park. Took 30 minutes to get food in drive thru just ridiculous. To many employees standing around then making food.

Worst Whataburger EVER!!!! DRIVE THRU IS HORRIBLE.. sat there and waited for 15 mins for a medium fry and 2 shakes.. I left without food for my daughter, great job. Hire people that want a job and will do their job right!!!! Thanks for nothing.

I wanted to dine in but you had one person and they only wanted to take care of door dash orders. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to take our ordere and my brother left the orange park Blanding Blvd location. One in middleburg even worse.

Absolutely the worst location I have been to. It used to be good, but this was a horrible experience. Over THIRTY minutes in the drive thru and the food was cold, very sloppy and nasty. Was the order correct? Of course NOT! Even messed up the drinks. Seriously needed new management or employees who actually care. Just sad.
Food is usually good, breakfast is a lot better. Sometimes tastes overcooked or old. Hit and miss.This location seems to be getting worse over the years. Been going here since it opened and these last couple of years have been the worst. Just today, 04/04/24, I spent 42 dollars to just be handed a small bag shortly after I paid and told to have a nice day. He wasn't rude by any means, but it's just seems there's a lack or caring or communication, or both. Because I then waited an additional 17 minutes at the window for my order. I understand most of the food is made fresh, but dont tell me a 17 minute wait is because of fresh fries. Do better y'all.I've been in fast food management for a decade now, so not just venting. Calling it how it is.

The people here are always great. I love Whataburger. I know they are cook to order which causes them to be slower than other chains but sometimes the wait can get frustrating. The workers handle every situation gracefully and kudos to them.

We must have a difference of opinion on what extra onion looks like. I'm not really sure these online reviews matter because the issue is with training and corporate. And most people don't want to work anymore. It's hard to find good workers & this location is always hiring /needs workers. In fact they are recruiting workers from other locations. I went two days in a row. I love their fries when their extra crispy. I've been having cravings for extra crispy fries. BOTH times they were not extra crispy ??. Total let down. But I won't knock them too hard. Everyone seems to be somewhat friendly, but they all look miserable. And you can tell nobody wants to be there. I ordered the Patty melt. Because I saw it off of that jolly time youtube video. I ordered extra onions because it always seems like it needs extra onions. As you could see i'm right because this is what extra onions looks like. I insist, stop the onion hate. Give me the onions, it's my breath not yours.
