First time was good, 2nd time was great!! The employee Andrew Lewis explained the process, discounts and even shared great tools for signing up. The location is inside a book store which is naturally quiet but convenient to the rest of the mall. Many different options to try and add. so so sooooo good. i love the chocolate chip cookie dough with spinkles, hot fudge, and chocolate chips. i personally don’t have kids but i feel like its a great place to take your kids if your in the op mall :)

It is a very different experience when purchasing yogurt. I will say the price is a little steep but I do like the customization and it's uniqueness.

I would give it 5, but I just had a bad experience with the workers. Last time I came, this man was very sweet towards me. But these women assumed I was trying to “steal” just cause I wanted to refill my cup. Maybe cause I’m black ??♀️

This place is alright. The flavors and toppings are lacking but I might would go back if I wanted a taste of frozen yogurt and I'm in the mall.
