food was cold and i asked for a medium fry and got a kids size and manager was acting like my math teacher being rude and not giving me my proper size and treating to kick me out overall bad service don't recommend, wing were glowing like their radioactive and the fries started walking

Order French dip first and no au jus. Change my order to a double combo. See the kid make my drink first waited a good while for my food. Never got my drink and realized it after I had left the window. Easily could of gave me my drink during the wait.

Exceptional Dining Experience at Arby's on Narcoossee!I recently visited Arby's on Narcoossee and was blown away by the outstanding service and mouthwatering food. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The sandwiches were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and served with a side of crispy golden fries. The ambiance was inviting and clean, making it a great place to enjoy a quick meal or catch up with friends. America's Roast Beef, Yes Sir! I grew up thinking that's what Arby's stood for. What a dummy! After one of the most memorable lines from The Simpsons, "I'm so hungry I could eat at Arby's", I think Mr. Arby himself saw that episode and said, let's do something different. Arby's has gone nuts with improvements!Today's Arby's has all kinds of different stuff from every animal on the planet (I think that may be an exaggeration). Their Roast Beef is still pretty good, especially with Arby's and Horsey sauces. They also have chicken, brisket, turkey, lamb gyro and a bunch of other rotating stuff.BTW, get their cheese sticks and dip them in Horsey instead of that garbage marinara. The jalapeño poppers and the bronco berry sauce are iconic too. They were the first with curly fries and they're still pretty tasty, especially with the Horsey sauce/Arby's sauce combo.Their LTO Garlic Ribeye sandwich may be the best fast food sandwich I've ever eaten. The discontinued Steak Melt on Sourdough at Jack in the Box may be the only one that is better. If you see that sandwich come back, get it. Take it from a fast food junkie.This location was pretty good as I just ordered a brisket sandwich and fries on my way home from the airport. It was delicious and looked delicious. I'd return here as they do a good job!

We know we’re not the only ones to find this place the most inconvenient quick eats place in our area, due to their lack of double checking orders.Of the 6 times my family has ordered food from this location since they opened, “5” of those times had full meals or parts of multiple meals missing from the order upon arriving to our home via Uber or my dh doing a drive through pickup twice. Don’t bet on getting all your order from this location, unless you sit and verify every single item before leaving (and if you don’t, be prepared to let them just keep the money, since it’s not worth the aggravation of driving back through nona traffic)… as for Uber, well, there’s not much that can be done other than refunds. Then having to cook anyways to feed those who’s missing their meal, as we’re not driving all the way back or placing another over priced Uber delivery. Very inconvenient, to say the least.-> 0 stars for lack of filling orders correctly and 4 stars for the typical but usually decent quick food. =2* overall.
