We've come here a few times now and we would definitely return here every time we're at Disney Springs. Swirls on the Water is located on the east side of the complex and it's an outdoor kiosk that has a variety of Dole whips. You can get the regular ones, but they always have a special cone as well as a special trio and we always get one of each so we can try all of the flavors. The prices are also very reasonable and it's a great place to snag a very fun dessert!
The ice cream here is amazing and I love how they have new creations each month. I got the St Patrick's Day cone today, it is a chocolate and pistachio swirl. It was a really good size and tasty.
