I arrived at the airport coming from San Juan PR on March 2 around 2:00 pm. So we were looking around at the food court area in what they had. We decided to have the Chinese because it would’ve been the healthier option. When we ordered the combo, I had the half rice and noodles with beef and broccoli. I may want to point out that the food was good and as for the beef I ate it was genuine and it’s not like other fast food court beef you’ll find at the mall. One thing I may want to add which was a disappointment is that when we ordered the drink it came separate from the combo, in other places it may not be like that

Maybe it’s the hunger that built waiting on a gate for 40 minutes after landing, but this place fully hit my expectations and hopes. Currently full of orange chicken, Thai spicy chicken, and rice and I got no complaints.

Literally some of the worst, tasteless food I have ever eaten. I can see why folks really appreciate Panda Express.

The food was okay and the atmosphere is fine you are inside the airport so it is chill. The customer service is horrible!!! The two young women employees were blah. You would ask them a question and they would barely respond, damn near whisper then you have to keep asking to repeat again. And when you are unclear of what they are saying they have the ordasity to turn to each other and give this look as if they want to say something derogatory about the customer. It doesn't take much to be courteous to customers. Maybe they should consider a job outside of servicing the public.

If you are looking for great customer service, do not go here. The food was decent but the employees are rude and have no customer service skills. The two young ladies would barely open their mouths so you could understand what they were saying. Always had to ask them to repeat. Then when you ask a question they roll their eyes and look at each other as if they want to say something derogatory towards the customer. The only taste you will get is bad attitudes and poor customer service. Bon Appetite!!!

Incredibly tasty! I had the orange chicken and black pepper chicken. Both were full of flavor and piping hot/fresh. I’m a Panda Express loyalist but actually found Chao to be a notch above in quality, quantity and flavor (especially their lo mein).
