First time I go to this place. The lady was very polite. Took my order and explained some stuff to me. The bloomin Onion that came with my sandwich. It was awesome. It tastes just like if I was in the restaurant. It was great. I have to go back and try the steak salad. That salad also looked good. But next time. Sorry I wasn't able to take a picture of it. Very good! The menu is a good size - enough to give options for everyone in the group, but not so many things that it makes it difficult. Do a few things, and do them well! The shakes are good, too - worth going there just for those. The lady who took our order was great. She happily answered any questions we had. And she certainly earned her pay - she also brought us our food, checked on us, cleaned around the dining area, checked on the drink fountains & ice, and bussed our table. Not to say they were understaffed - she was just very diligent. It was refreshing to see that in today's "do as little as I can" work culture.
Service is good, product is very good. One tip, ask for condiments, napkins and or plasticwares as they do not include them by default (at least the 3 times I have went).Bugers are flavorful and the Brisket is worth the extra.

I live right across the street from this location, and every single time i’ve ordered a burger, they put cheese on it when i tell them not to. there’s even a receipt stating “no american cheese”… and there’s cheese on my burger, every single time. i literally CANNOT have cheese. this is the 3rd time this has happened even when i made sure to say no cheese. i’m so tired of this.
My partner and I visited Aussie after a quick run to grab a bite before dinner. We ordered a three-piece chicken tender along with onion rings, a fountain soda, and a chocolate milkshake. Although the wait time was long, the meal was worth it. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, and the white meat was still succulent. The onion rings were delicious and perfectly crisp. The milkshake had the perfect balance of milk, ice cream, and chocolate and wasn't too sweet. Our server was very attentive and even brought out four different sauces for us to try. My favorite was the Cajun cream dipping sauce, which had a great flavor. The Aussie barbecue sauce was good, but I would have liked it with hot sauce like Tapatio or Cholula. The Aussie house sauce was a bit bland and reminded me of a combination of ranch and mayo. The restaurant had a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, and our server checked on us twice to ensure everything was okay. I would return for their chicken tenders, but the burgers were a bit pricey at almost $10 each, so I would skip them. The only reason I didn't try the sliders was that they didn't have many vegetables.
