Worst place to order food. I ordered food at 1:59pm on the aquatica app, received a confirmation text for Receipt and it stated they would advise when food was ready for pickup. I didn't get that notification until 3:14pm. Time I was leaving as we were hungry. Never ever again I'll go or order from them.

Ordered the salad and the cashier couldn't get the receipt to print so she asked if we needed one. We said yes, so she ended up giving us a zero dollar receipt with no items on it, which was absolutely useless for a travel voucher.The salad was $17 and they pulled it out of a fridge so the whole thing was cold, including the little bit of chicken with some bbq sauce on it. It was all iceberg lettuce, some shredded cheese and a few beans. Bland and tasteless, so just skip it.

The food is basic. Not great. I mean it has good flavor but its nothing different than any other take out. It has so much protentional to be better than what it is. I will say that having apple juice on tap is amazing! If you are looking for something that stands out this is not the place to go. If you are just trying to find something to eat then this is your place to go. Its one of the only places in the park to get food so your options are limited.
The day we went they had a tiny little paper hanging from the register with like 5 foods you could eat. So you stand in line for almost 30 minutes thinking you're going to get their usual food (BBQ burger, pulled pork, etc) n all they had was cafeteria pizza that tasted terrible, and a few other options I don't eat. Only thing I could get was the empanadas. Spent $27 on disappointing food and service but after waiting in line for so long I was NOT going anywhere else

Food is decent, the lines are always long. There are two people as cashier, rarely three. The drink fountain could use a deep clean! It's better to order on the mobile app and pick up your food, its very quick.

Best food court in aquatica. If you use Mobil app to buy food it only takes 5 min to get your order. Got the pulled pork sandwich very good.

My family and I visited this place twice and all we received is terrible customer service, cashiers rude as we all can imagine, place looks dirty and filthy, I would like to give this place not even a half star but there is no option for that. To whoever runs this place trained your crewmenbers or kindly ask them to let someone else do that job. Worst place ever. Almost forgot one of the crew members kept picking her nose, she was waiting to serve a customer I am just glad she did not touch my food.

Every time we come here employee’s are extremely slow, talk more than work, don’t even know what they are doing or walk away randomly while your ordering than come back when they feel like it. Id give it the worst review and it’s something the owner needs to fix asap.
