Very nice!

We had the tomato broth, was super flavorful with lots of real tomatoes. Highly recommend this broth as a non-spicy option with a little sour tang. Server was extremely attentive and was very detailed in explaining the whole process. The restaurant itself had beautiful decorations. Overall wonderful experience!

Prepare for the SPICE! My husband and I love hot pot and each place we love has a speciality that we come back for. Bashu Hot Pot had the best broth -- we always get the Sichuan Spicy and the Beef Tallow, and have never been disappointed. Their broth is the most consistent in flavor and quality; if you request extra spicy, be warned that it gets intense here. The pots have a little sectioned off area that holds the peppercorns and other aromatics, and the longer the broth sits, the more those spices diffuse into the broth. My husband nearly died when he ordered the Extra Spicy and learned his lesson by the end of our visit. But, the broth is so good, we always come back for more. The selection of meats, seafood, and vegetables is fresh and varied! We've brought some picky eaters and everyone is always able to find stuff that they like. The sauce bar is also great. They have two dessert soups that were a wonderful and cooling end to our hot meal. I had two bowls of each! Service is always good here. There's only a few servers, but they somehow always stay on top of things. The restaurant always looks clean and I love the decor inside. It feels like we're eating at a stall in a traditional village or something like that -- I don't know how to explain it. My only tiff here is that their drink menu is all bottled or canned, unless you're doing hot tea and water. It's not a big thing, but is good to note. Overall, I highly recommend Bashu and I've never had a bad experience here. 5 Stars.

It’s a terrible deal. I was defrauded after reading Xiaohongshu. I even asked for a tip.

Food: Lacks freshness and quality.Service: Minimal attention to service.Atmosphere: Slippery, oily, and wet floor, no poor cleanliness.Found something in the food; waitress claimed it’s an herb, and they will add a lot to the soup. We actually only find one.

I really don’t recommend ordering mutton slices. It tastes very woody and will fall apart when cooked for a long time. It should be cut relatively thickly. If it is cut thinly, you probably won’t be able to get it out at all. It should be Hextech meat. Mrs. Pang only smiles at foreigners. If you don't care about service at all, can't see or hear, and just eat to fill your stomach, then you are welcomed. The 18% tip is a joke.

If u ever have tasted real good hot pot, u won't give any rating but one to this restaurant. The materials are not fresh, especially duck intestines. There is some yellow things stick on the duck intestines which may be fats.

The ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic, especially the sauce, which gives you the taste of hometown. It is professional and highly recommended. Friends who love hot pot can give it a try!
