I ordered a cappuccino blast at the drive-thru and asked for no whipped cream. The employee asked for confirmation of my request for no whipped cream, and then she suddenly said "actually, our Baskin side is closed for the night." Since it was 7:40pm, I'm under the impression that the Baskin side closes at 8pm, but the person responsible for the Baskin orders probably asked the other employee to not take the order because they were checking out early. I'd understand if I ordered at 7:50pm, maybe even 7:45pm, but not taking an order 20 minutes before closing one area of the store is unacceptable.
