My wife and I stood in front of a menu stand trying to interpret the menu...there were about twelve people behind the counter being busy but there were about four customers inside the entire restaurant...um help your business by being proactive and help new customers with your food matrices

Volcano roll is my fav but lately it hasn't been tasting as good. Taste and smells a bit old. Service is normally pretty good. They take a bit long but nothing crazy. Today though, the cashier took 20+ minutes in the bathroom. Not only that but was wearing a zip up jacket half unzipped with no shirt under which exposed her breast. I normally don't care but it was so unpleasant to look as a customer as well for how long she took in the bathroom while 5+ customers were waiting.

The environment is quiet, big, clear, but not clean enough, some tables are dirty and sticky.
I don’t understand such a low rating, the food is really good! I went yesterday and I enjoyed it. Everything was on point and so SO delicious. If anything it would be so nice to have like actual waiters. This place has so much potential, making it work like an actual restaurant would be great!

I've been to this location a couple times and seems to be a hit or miss. Sometimes the Sushi rice is hard. Other times it's cooked perfectly. I'd probably recommend going to a different location if you want a more consistent time. They still have the same rolls at all of the locations. Usually their miso soup also includes tofu but there was none when I ordered it this time. The servers were nice. You order from the kiosk and then you have limited interaction when they bring you the food. However, we did get everything we ordered. The hand washing station by the drink fountain had no soap. There's some weird mold looking substance on the upper walls by the entrance which had me a little worried. The fish mural is absolutely amazing. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately is not living up to it. I'm still a big fan of Bento so I hope they can put a little TLC into this location.

The food was good as always and the same as every other Bento I've been to. A couple of observations; the self order screen was very dirty. No one greeted me upon entrance. The menus up front dont show the prices. Lastly my poke bowl was missing avocado and it was clearly on the receipt, but I only noticed after I got home. Second time as I ordered previously through Ubereats, and my poke bowl did not include the sauce which is why I came in this time. Overall still good food and good value.
The food was good but the service was not and then, the soda machine is horrible full of black mold and the soda and ice came out with black buildup… disgusting ? we let the guy know and he did nothing about machine but gave u a bottled sprite… Do not buy soda from machine!

Update: Haven’t been in half a year or more, it’s just gone more downhill. They are not personable at all anymore, the food came out cold and the vegetables weren’t even cooked for one of the noodle bowls. The sushi was very sloppily slapped together. It’s not like it was busy, there were maybe three other tables that all already had their food, so they didn’t need to be rushing the food out.They were so good when they first opened, but they just seem to have gone downhill since then. So many mistakes, doesn't taste as good, keep getting rid of items.
