Absolutely love their chicken, I am hooked. I tried for the first time in the Philippines, then discovered that they are in the States as well! Basically, KFC needs to reduce Colonel Sanders to a Private and send him to Bonchon to relearn the art of fried chicken! ?Also not mentioned below try the drums sticks.

Be sure to call ahead to make sure they're open, first time we tried dining here they were short staffed and couldn't accommodate dine-in. Second time we went, food and service were great!

This location needs some work. We have always wanted to try this place and the location hours on the door state 9PM. Yesterday we tried to get there at 8:47 and all the lights were off. Today we tried to get there earlier and arrived at 8:25 and the door was locked. The lady said they are closed and the manager likes to close early if it is slow. She also said on Wednesdays they change the oil so they decided to do it during operating hours because she closed the restaurant early.Don’t waste your time coming to this location or ordering online anytime after 8 because the manager likes to close this location earliest than the posted times on the door and the order deadline on delivery service apps.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Workers were super rude and denied me service and they were still open. I drove 2 hours from Tampa for this place. Ruined my night!!!Edit: I arrived at 8:27pm, store closes at 9pm

we were excited to come here, as we traveled a couple hours from home (we don’t have a bonchon near us). when we walked to the door there was a sign that said “short staffed - To-Go orders only”. we completely understood, but the door was locked and we didn't know if that meant we had to order on the phone or online etc. as we were calling to ask, an older woman (ms. caroline?) poked her head out and i asked if they were open. she immediately pointed to the sign and looked at us like we were stupid. so i asked if that meant we had to order online and she said yes and then re locked the door. we were sitting outside in the heat for 20 minutes waiting for our order after we placed it online. eventually a server opened the door and asked if we were waiting for something, and when i told her the name on the order she said it had been ready for a while. the server informed us she had just gotten there and didn’t know that we were told we couldn’t come in by the other woman. long story short, we were immediately made to feel unwelcome and had to wait in the heat to get food that was sitting for a while. the server was very very kind and apologized for the other woman’s actions. i completely understand being understaffed, but she made us feel bad and it was frustrating. overall the food is really yummy and our server was very nice (i unfortunately don’t know her name).

First off this place is by far the worst. Nothing tastes good at all. Seems like they dont even follow the recipe from the franchise. The one by the airport is by far better than here. We ordered spicy rice cakes and bulgogi and both tasted horrible. The sauce tasted like someone forgot a few

Everything tasted bad, bulgogi was sitting in a pool of salty water. Even the white rice was salted but the manager refused to fix anything.. to make matters worse they charge a convenience fee to order pickup from their own website. We're getting this refunded because this restaurant refuses to even answer the phone now to make this right.

While the wings were quite a delicacy IMyself was quite disappointed to find out that I had to have the sauce on my wings. Myself as a person enjoys the art of dipping my wings. But for some reason while I can’t order sauce on the side…I can have sauce in a cup to sample. It’s mind boggling, next time should I just ask for multiple samples? I just think having sauce on the side would be simple and not such a hassle and solve the issue that would keep me from coming back ?

Looking at the place, I was thinking this is going to be like a mall food court, you know hunger food.I was shocked when they brought the food all the veggies so fresh. The taste of the food was excellent. Portion sizes were appropriate. Menu selection process was a bit complicated as it said add extra shrimp I assumed what I ordered had shrimp, silly me.

Went in here on Sunday evening to be told that they aren't taking dine-in customers and that they're doing only to-go orders due to lack of staff. I don't know how an establishment plans on making money by turning away customers due to lack of employees. At time of review, restaurant has 3.6 average rating and it clearly reflects poor management and leadership.

Loved the food, didn't like how our food came out one plate at a time. We are a party of 6 and wife and I waited while everyone else ate. Staff was warm and friendly.

This is a picture of the little chunk of pork inside their pork buns. All three buns had this little chunk of pork.... Average tasting food across the board on top of that.

We love their Korean wings and will continue to come for these. Unfortunately, they were pretty frugal with their meat portions in the bulgogi sliders and japchae. Yet, both dishes were very delicious (they just needed a lot more meat).
