The gentlemen answering the phones at 3:30 pm on Thursday august 25th was absolutely terrible.I made an online order to be delivered and realized I needed to change it. I tried to change it online but it wouldn't let me, so I had to call in. The first time I called I was on hold for 5 min and no one answered, so I called back and they finally answered.The guy who answered had a thick accent, spoke very fast and was extremely rude. It was clear my phone call was inconveniencing him. I explained my situation and he told me he couldn't help me because the order had "already been cashed." I told him I had never heard that term before.He proceeded to tell me I would have to call corporate. I told him that wasn't true, this was the number they gave me. then he told me I'd have to physically come into the store to get a refund. I told him I live in another state and I bought this for a family in need, again he said there was nothing he could do.finally after 10 minutes of going round and round he informed me he went ahead and cancelled the order. this confirmed the entire incident was a waste of time.I hope by sharing this other people will think twice and management will reach out to try and make the situation right. this is not the first time I've felt extremely unwelcome at this location by the staff.

I ordered on Uber Eats and my order was missing the cornbread and my extra side of steamed broccoli. Then I found a dead fly in the lime cilantro rice, which was also so old it was crunchy. Please refer to the picture for details of what that looked like. Clearly no care for food safety or any attention to detail at all.

I am so sick of ordering delivery from here. They have no option for gravy on the mashed potatoes so sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. They also don't let you put notes.

I pulled up to drive thru but no took order. Honked her and hollered help several times, still no response. Pulled up to pick up window and saw worker serving customers inside. He ignored me despite honking. I used my cane to tap on window and he looked at me but still ignored me. Finally he came to window and rudely stated there was no one to take drive thru orders. He could have walked 6 feet to the other register to take my order. Instead he said no drive thru service. I said you should put up a sign on the order speaker stating "drive through closed" or "dine in only". I am mobility impaired so I left without ordering. Terrible attitude. Zero service. I would give them negative stars if possible. I also tried to register a complaint online but system not working. Totally unsatisfactory experience. I won't be back to try their new rotisserie chicken nuggets.

Possibly THE worst meal I have ever had......and I really like Boston Market. Cornbread was hard, potatoes were about half cooked, meatloaf needed a serrated knife to cut, and they shorted the order the side of gravy......the one thing that may have actually made it somewhat palatable. Ordered at 5:30, so you'd think they would have fresh, hot and tasty food for folks to grab on their way home from work. Do NOT trust a family meal to this location.

Drove up to the drive through to order, no answer during lunch time. Someone had wrote on the speaker using a permanent marker saying OPEN AT 11. I gave up waiting and parked to go inside. 3 employees inside that I could see. 2-3 customers eating. No one in line but me. Not one hello, can I help you, nothing. Then the drive through attendant came over. I asked for a sandwich and he said we are out of those. I was perplexed, asked if they were out of chicken? He said they don’t have the stuff to make one. I gave up and left. This store needs to either be renovated or torn down. The sign out front is smashed, store looks run down, no customer service. Pretty sad.

the food was delicious, but the service here is absolute garbage.i ordered online and never got a confirmation so i didn’t know if it went through or not. i arrived in person for pickup and after it was past the time it was supposed to be ready i went inside to ask. i stood there for about 5 minutes before i was even acknowledged. they had plenty of staff and there was no line. finally someone noticed i was there and i explained that i ordered online and wasn’t sure it went through. not only was i questioned as if the food was worth gold, but by the time i got home and wrestled the bag open that was triple knotted and double stapled (why?) i realized that the order was not even complete. there goes my money. no point in dealing with traffic to go back and be treated like livestock again.it’s a shame because i do like the food, but save yourself the time, money, and your dignity and eat elsewhere.

Very weird interaction we had at this location the manager is mute does not respond to his employees nor guests. He seems like he hates his job and sends the other employees to handle managerial situations. This location lacks a true manager that actually cares.

Would've been 5 stars if the meal I ordered included the brown gravy that was in the picture. Also, tastes like the only thing that had salt (a LOT) was the Mac and cheese. Still pretty good, though! Cornbread could save a life! ?

Came to get some lunch. The cook is on his cell phone, eating a sandwich while prepping with no cloves. I am standing there for at least 10 minutes. I asked him if this is how they provide service to customers. In addition, he tells me the chicken won't be ready for another 21minutes. Place open at 11am and chicken will be ready to serve at 12noon.

I want to give this restaurant 0 stars. This is THE MOST unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been to. To begin, no one acknowledged me for about 10 minutes and I was the ONLY person in the lobby. I counted 6 employees that looked directly at me and said NOTHING. I saw people behind the counter talking, giving handshakes, exchanging tags and the lady cook came out to the lobby to get a drink and check her personal phone message. I was unable to get names because no one was wearing a name tag. When someone finally acknowledged me it took him at least another 10 minutes to locate my preorder. They packaged 4 big bags for me and instead of 1 out of the 5 men working there asking to help me out, a customer behind me offered to help. The lobby was so unorganized with pre orders EVERYWHERE and no one knew what to do or where to go. Something seriously needs to be done at this location.
