This store does not deserve a star but unfortunately I have to give it one. As a former employee of Boston Market I was disappointed with the product produced during lunch. We wanted to dine in but the dining room was closed. We ordered our meal and took it back to work. The broccoli was over cooked, Mac and cheese was watery, and chicken was undercooked. This particular branch needs to be closed down for the benefit of the franchise.

Service was fine unfortunately everything I ordered was extremely overcooked to the point I couldn’t eat it. Chicken and bread were burnt, and the mashed potatoes were like soup. Green beans were fine but that was the only edible thing on the plate. Shame because typically I love Boston markets food. Just get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store this place has given up.

This place is a disgrace! I was greeted with “we only got chicken, meatloaf, and these sides,” which I translated into “you really don’t want this.” Eager to have Boston Market, I took a risk which did not pay off. Old chicken sitting on a hot line since at least 9 this morning, Mac and cheese that’s soggy noodles with no sauce, mashed potatoes stretched to soup topped in brown dirty water, pancake flat cornbread served in cheap styrofoam complete with trifold towels designed to go in a dispenser next to the sink in the bathroom. What happened to Boston Market? I’d lock the doors and throw the keys away!

So disappointed the mashed potatoes was not home made. The macaroni was boxed macaroni with no cheese. And it from sauce, very nasty, dry. No, gravy, everything was nasty.

This place is a joke, they're nothing but theives. Took over 80$ for food that was never even prepared and never picked up due to a mistake on my part. Did my best to get in contact, manager, when I did she was extremely rude to me, who then passed this issue on to a employee who at least seemed helpful. Order was placed last month on the 11th and after being told they went through higher end management and it should come back, THEY STILL have yet returned MY money. Worse customer service I've seen in a business period.

They changed the corn, it has no taste to it, and the cornbread falls apart, I had 7 pieces and threw them away, and the Mac and cheese looked as if it sat out for

It is a shame how this place has gone down hill. Guy behind counter in basketball shorts and crocs. Trash outside the door when you walk in. Food quality was very poor. I haven't been there in a long time and will probably never go back. I understand since the pandemic things have changed but things have got to get better.

I've eaten here several times over the years but something very off about this location now. They were out of most food and sides. The to-go container was Styrofoam and the bag wasn't "Boston Market" themed. The chicken tasted off. Wouldn't go back.

Ok so upon entering the restaurant I was met by what seems to be a manager. EXTREMELY RUDE. I said hello and she looked at me. They were out of drinks at this location (totally fine) things happen. This is probably where her attitude came from. However the manager was so freaking rude. You could literally hear her in the dining room complaining about previous customers being upset in regards to no drinks. I also found it super weird that one of the other workers had her boyfriend hanging out on the dining room. The dining room also looked awful! Plates and trash everywhere and crumbs all on the floor. I understand we’re short staffed everywhere and things break down but it cost 0.00 to smile and say hi.

They gave me a wrong order and seemed upset when I asked for the correct order. The manager just walked by me and out the door when this happened. The guy making me redo seemed so out of it. They were out of soda both fountain and bottles. They didn’t tell me this when I picked up my order annd just watched me try each soda to find there was none and continued not to offer me a refund just water instead.I’ve never been so uncomfortable and disappointed in a Boston market before in my life.

I went to the drive thru window to order a dark meat chicken dinner with mash potatoes as the two sides and a cookie. When I got home I had to recook the chicken, so I am waiting for it to get done so I can eat. My bill was $15.00 and so change. Cooking chicken is very important to one not getting sick. I am so disappointed.

I usually love Boston Market but I tried this one for the first time and literally everything I got was gross the chicken cold and soggy, cornbread dry and flavorless, Mac and cheese flavorless and my favorite thing ever the sweet potato casserole was watery and had zero taste and no toppings. Terrible food. This is the only Boston market I’ve had a bad experience with

Chicken tasted funky and dry. They were out of half their meats . The potatoes were cold . Cream spinach was not creamed like in the past at other locations and was almost sour . I hope my wife and I survive the night for the bites we did eat . So sad . Staff was nice though. Best part of our meal was the soda .Eat at your own risk.
