I think this location is about to close for good yesterday I went there was a sign that said open from 11 to 8 and it was close at 7 there were other cars as well, the outside looked abandoned, when I got to look at the menu there were allot of items scratched out.

I don’t know what that abomination of a cost saving Mac N Cheese recipe that they now use is, but it certainly is not the Mac N Cheese that Boston Market is known for. Would not have ordered this online had I known they changed it to this.

Service was lacking, food was decent at this location but they were out of multiple items on the menu. Corporate of Boston Market needs to make sure all the restaurants have all Items in stock.

Came here with my family. The parking lot was empty and the place looked deserted inside! The drive thur guy was outside smoking! We walked up to the counter to be greeted by paper signs indicating most of the food items weren’t available and piles of flies everywhere including inside the food case!!! The files were crawling all over the uncovered food they had left to sell. Do not come here and certainly don’t go through drive thur, they will give you old, fly touched food! My family and I left without a word to the drive thru guy, we’ll never return to this nasty location!

Placed online order for family feast. Iwas supposed to get 1 full chickenPlus a quarter and when I got home I opened my container and there were 4shriveled leg quarters. Also, they did not have the sprite and brownies I ordered, the tops were loose in the side orders and I was one side short. Staff did notapologize or offer to fix problem. I am never going to a Boston Market again. I demand a refund.

Store was run down, outside lawn/bushes uncut, dirty bathroom, A/C broken (very hot inside), out of some food items. Mashed potatoes were too dry, meatloaf was burned on outside, gravy was too watery. Used to be a great store. It has clearly gone down hill unfortunately.

This place used to be so good. Not sure what happened. Customer service, food, and atmosphere have all gone downhill. Never eating here again unless I’m in the mood for rock hard cornbread.

Driest corn with no flavor just tasted old, same as the turkey . Worst Boston market meal ever waste of $12

I can’t believe the disgusting meal they gave me. Uncooked corn, the cornbread was at least two days old, the chicken was the driest thing I’ve ever eaten. And to top it off, the new(?) Mac and cheese is disgusting. It’s literally soupy noodles with no cheese, it’s like you boiled noodles and immediately scooped them into a container.Pathetic, I’ll never eat at a Boston Market again.

I’m assuming this location will soon be out of business and they’re just trying to finish up some inventory. The employees could literally careless. They handed me my food in a styrofoam container. The food they are serving is definitely coming from boxes and cans, it was so bad. Instant potatoes, canned corn, boxed elbow Mac and cheese (no longer the spiral noodles). The sweet potatoes were watery and the bread is now white and a brick (no longer cornbread). Even the chicken was terrible, dry and old.

Horrible! Chicken was dry, mashed potatoes bland, "sweet" corn not sweet at all. I'm done with Boston Market. Definitely not the same as before.

Quality has gone down a lot but prices going up. Employees seem to change often and they aren't very friendly or helpful. They won't even accept TMobile Tuesday coupon unless you meet a $20 minimum which wasn't the case before. They'll be closed soon enough in my opinion.

I’ve had Boston market before at different locations and this is by far the worst it’s ever been. The max and cheese isn’t how it normally is, tastes like Josh’s mom from tik tok thought boiling water and cheese makes the cheese sauce it had no flavor and was runny, it’s not like how it normally is advertised, chicken was drier than most peoples knee caps, and the sweet potatoes was more disappointing than the family I was born into. Make your food how it’s advertised and how it normally tastes cause that tastes like someone’s 80 year old white mom cooked it. Tastes like depression. Lack of flavor, never going to that location again. That food there is better off being served to prisoners no wonder why it never looks busy there

I have gone to this Lake Underhill location many times being that it's the closest one to my house. I never had an issue with the quality of food. But today, I picked up dinner for the family and it was all disgusting. I couldn't even finish eating it. I didn't even eat a quarter of it. The chicken was bland, the potatoes were undercooked, the corn was old and bland, the broccoli was soggy, the turkey super dry (they did not give me gravy), and the cornbread (if you can call it that) was dry and tasteless. The only thing that was semi-edible was the sweet potatoes and I couldn't even finish that. I should've known when I pulled into the drive-thru and the parking lot was completely empty. I thought they were closed. The building itself looked borderline abandoned. Never again!! ?

I’m not particularly fond of writing negative reviews about any business but my experience here was absolutely awful. Personally it was my first time having Boston Market and I can clearly see why during my 28 years of life I’ve taken my sweet time visiting. I got a regular meatloaf with cornbread & 2sides which were mac&cheese and mash potatoes. First of all, the quantity for $11 was too laughable that my jaw dropped when I opened my container. I could’ve gone to Chipotle or to a long list of any other places and spend the same amount and get way more for my buck. Secondly, the quality of food was completely trash. I got two small pieces of meatloaf with small portions of sides. Their mac&cheese is hands down the worst I’ve ever tasted and this says a lot bc of I had school cafeteria mac&cheese. Very bland, it had zero flavor. It was basically just boiled pasta I was eating. The mash potatoes were OKAY and the meatloaf itself wasn’t that much better. A poor excuse for cooked meat. I got two large containers of gravy for I’m not sure what reason since I was only given less than a cup of mash potatoes. The cornbread was probably the worst of it all. Hard and obviously old so I didn’t even bother eating it. Very poor experience and super disappointing and I don’t plan on making my way back, at least not to this location. If I do give Boston Market another chance, it’ll be elsewhere. Don’t go here, save yourself the trouble and disappointment.
