This was our first time visiting this newer location for Bowigens and we loved it! We normally visit the OG location but made our way out to this one today. The bartenders were so friendly and we loved the atmosphere. After realizing it's only 23 minutes from us in Lake Nona we have decided that this will be part of our new brewery rotation!!
It was very disturbing for our family having to witness a bartender named Kaitleen treat a costumer the way she did, yesterday afternoon. She was very disrespectful and No one should be treated that way. Our family Loves Bowigens at Avalon Park, but they should do something about the bartender. Very disappointed!

The bartender Kaileen needs an intensive customer service course. I visit this place at least 3 times per week but,This woman is very disrespectful and does not know how to treat customers. The beers are very good, and the other employees are very awesome at offering the service.

Not happy with service, bartender Kaileen requires customer service skills, very unprofessional and rude at Avalon Park Marketplace establishment. I will not be patronizing this location if she is bartending. If she was having a bad day, she should of called out, paying customers on a Sunday afternoon should not have to deal with this. Period!

Love Bowigen, I am a Local there but had have more than 1 issue with a bartender Kaileen, she is very disrespectful and has 0 customer service, please tell her she work in a bar and people get excited watching football, baseball, NBA or any sports. All the other bartenders are great
