Went for our anniversary. We had a late reservation at 10:45 and at first the hostess told us we had to be fast and order quickly due to the kitchen closing. We felt rushed, but then maybe the manager or owner approached us and ensured us that we will be treated the same as if it was an earlier time. He made us feel so comfortable. Our server was amazing as well it was a great experience for late night. Thank you! We will be coming back!

Right after eating the wedge salad, my stomach began cramping. Within 30 minutes of finishing a portion of the meal, I was on the toilet for the rest of the night, experiencing severe stomach cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting. I nearly checked myself into the ER, but I couldn’t stand, let alone wait to be treated, without a toilet nearby. I gave my body more time and finally got everything out of me. I’m starting to feel somewhat better over 16 hours later (though very weak with aches). The onset, duration, and symptoms align with Staph food poisoning.

Very good food! Tasty, fast service and a nice atmosphere. If you order lamb chops and you like them well done be sure to ask for them to be well done, otherwise they will come med rareish.... no complaints at all. Will be back. Thank you for such great service

I have been to Brio Italian Grille a few times and every and each time is a great experience.Food is ALWAYS excellent, service and atmosphere are amazing… I which I had taken more pictures, but I end up forgetting!Please don’t forget to try their carpaccio as entree, it’s delicious!

Service started out shabby. Broken bench seat. No one bothered to pick up our menus or clear our appetizer plates. Calamari breading was falling off of food. Terrible. When our dinner was served, our dirty plates were placed behind our heads by the runner. The meal was mediocre. Salad over dressed, fettuccine Alfredo inedible. Starting to look like Olive Garden with higher prices. Very disappointed.

Im tired of the female manager interfereing with the busy bar. She makes everyone scramble and it feels very uncomfortable.Let them do their job! 5 stars for the servers. 0 for this manager

Greeted by “ Kiara” near the hostess stand, as we entered from the front of the restaurant, not the main mall entrance. She asked if the bar was OK, as there was a wait for a table, so the escorted us to our seats, bussed the bar area, wiped the bar and dried the area before handing us our menus. “Alice” was our bartender, who was friendly, helpful and attentive. Meal was excellent, sour dough bread was a welcome change, and my margarita was top notch.
We were seated at a table but we sat almost 15 minutes waiting for a server to approach us. No one showed up so we left the table and sat at the bar and were greeted and served immediately. Not a great experience at first but once we got to the bar, the bar server turned the evening around for us.

We love coming to Brio at least 2× a month. We just can't resist the drinks ,happy hour menu and our visit wouldn't be complete with chatting with the best manager Joseph Scheeder. He really is all about customer satisfaction, Thanks Jo for a superb service!!!! 5 star
