I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the sample menu bagel at Brock's Florida Barbecue at the Orlando Brunchfest, and let me tell you, it was a flavor-packed delight that left me craving for more.The combination of a perfectly toasted bagel topped with cream cheese, succulent meat, and a drizzle of their signature sauce was simply mouthwatering. The bagel itself was fresh and had a satisfying chewiness, providing a wonderful base for the explosion of flavors that followed.
We had the opportunity to try the Brock's Florida Barbecue Food Truck and boy are we glad we did! The workers were very friendly and the food came out very quickly! We got the Brock's Mac Bowl and really enjoyed it! You get to choose your meat and sauces and then they pile it high atop some really tasty Mac & Cheese.
