Anytime I come to the arena, this is a definite stop for me. Occasionally ill scalp nosebleed seats and then just stand at this bar the whole time. Has a great view of whatever is going on, good selection of drinks (liquor and budweiser beer). Food and restrooms are super close.
The Baseline Bar gets a 5 star rating for a bar in an arena and a 3 star rating as a regular bar. As a bar at the Amway Center, it is the BEST. You never even have to go to your seats! You have a FANTASTIC view of the game from the bar. There's a timeout? You turn a round, take one step, and BAM you get a drink, turn back around and there's the game. Really cool place to hang out before, and during Magic games. It has a decent amount of seating, and we like to go order food elsewhere, and then sit down here and eat while enjoying a beverage. Due to the Magic not being quite as hot of a ticket this year, you can get a spot overlooking the court a little easier, and if you have upper bowl seats, that is a fantastic option to get a much better view.
