The chicken wings were very tough and very little meat on them. Waitress who took our order only came back once and only after seeing that I needed a drink refill. Never asked how the food was. My items came out but my wife’s food was several minutes later and only after another server saw her sitting with no food. Side salad was good but that was the only positive of the night.

It’s a shame when you are seated and after 10 minutes your waiter doesn’t even acknowledge you are there. I got up and left. I’m a regular at Buffalo Wild Wings and eat at different locations every week due to my job. They weren’t even close to busy. Unfortunately I redeemed two of my rewards on the app I was seated. I’m going to lose those now. But still better than putting up with horrible service. This was at 6pm on April 17

Not a fan of this location the boneless wing were extremely small, the server barley looked our way even tho the restaurant was nearly empty. The staff seems more concerned with personal conversation than customers.

Ordered 10 wings from the Lee Vista location on 3/18 but only got 9 wings. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I don’t know if employees have difficulty counting to 10 or if the restaurant thinks shorting customers is good business.

My wife and I stoped here for lunch, the service was great the wings were good. The real complaint that we had was that the sound system was way too loud!!! You really need ear plugs to dine in this Buffalo Wild Wings. I will be surprised if there are no employees who file Workers Compensation claims due to hearing loss as a result of working in this very loud environment
