EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS DUMB BURGER KING THE ORDER IS WRONG. I don’t know whoo they have working there but they are definitely not paying attention to their job. I would under stand if the line was long or they were slammed with people. MOST TIMES I GO IM THE ONLY CAR THERE. Idk how they confuse a fish sandwhich with a whopper. They really need to consider hiring people who actually know how to get a job done. BK have it your way? More like BK you get whatever I feel like giving you.

Service was a little slow, but it seemed they didn't have enough help. The server did apologize for the wait. The food was hot and fresh and I wasn't in any hurry. This location has recently been remodeled and is very nice inside.

There was a curly black hair on my onion ring! ? I felt sick to my stomach. Also, soda was watered-down and Whopper was cold and sub-par. Very disappointed.

Found an onion ring in my fries today, best day ever. Matter of fact, this BK has never failed to make my day better since I started living in Orlando for school. Only had 1 bad experience in 3 years of coming here with a sassy manager on a morning shift which is honestly not too bad considering the overall reputation of burger king. Props to the young employees, all hard working, kind, and generous.

Change your oil! I could tell the second they opened the window and all I could smell was burnt food. My fries were much darker than usual for a burger king. They were dry, hard, acrid, and had a bitter aftertaste, all signs of dirty oil to me at least.The burgers were fine, the staff was friendly, very quick service. Brownie points for being one of the only 24hr Burger King's I know of, that definitely came to the rescue for me.

What's really killing this place, are the workers. We ordered, via drive through. The man put our drinks in incorrect. The women with red hair was rude and didn't even know what our order was (even though we were the only ones in drive through). When we told her about the drinks, she was rude as if we unconvinced her. I had to remind her that we had 2 drinks instead of 1. We literally watched them talk and took their sweet time. Terrible.

horrible...horrible...horrible, came here on a friday afternoon looking for something fast, I usually do t go for fast food but i was tired and hungry from a long day of work. burger was undercooked and lettuce was soggy and wet, got yelled at by the drive thru person and when i got home ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE. i couldn't not stop throwing up and crapping . will for sure not be back.

Every now and then I convince myself the next visit to this place will be better and it never is. Food is either ice cold, the order is incorrect or they're out of something (biscuits, onion ring sauce, etc).Selling onion rings when you're out of the sauce should be a criminal offense ?Staff is fine. I'm not expecting them to do flips and it's not their fault they're out of stuff perpetually.

I ordered 4 whoppers at the drive thru to share with my family and all of them had the patties burned and had absolutely no ketchup nor mayo which made the whoppers taste very dry and burned. The tomatoes were not fresh at all which made the burger taste weird.Not even a napkin was given to me, nor a packet of ketchup or mayo.The gentleman taking my order was very distracted and was very difficult to hear.Very very disappointing experience at this location, normally BK is my go to, however I do not recommend this location at all!!!
