I took one bite of this cold mess and that was a waste of money. Reading other reviews, honestly just simply close this place down and do everyone a favor.Let’s add to the ridiculousness,Being a diabetic I don’t drink soda and ordered unsweetened tea, I was not asked what I wanted for an alternative at all. PA system is trash, fries were LEGIT cold and the onion rings. This establishment is a pure disgrace.

The first visit before the remodel was OK. However, my first visit after the remodel was great. I always try to ask for off the broiler so it is fresh, worth the wait.
I arrived at 10:30pm (Feb 8) and was already close. The employees saw me through the door and nobody explained me what is the reason that in google and in the door of the entrance appears that they close at 11pm and at 10:30pm they are already closed.

I went to this location twice in 10 days. The service is okay, but it still needs more improvement. 10 days ago, I ordered 2 for $6 Whopper Jr. The buns are old and stale. I don’t think that the workers at Burger King would eat it themselves. Maybe, a dog might eat it. Today, I tried it again and went back to order a Whopper. Guess what? My Whopper came with overloaded ingredients, especially lots and lots of pickles. Maybe, the worker likes pickles. Anyway, all the ingredients were there except mayonnaise and ketchup. You try eating a Whopper without mayonnaise and ketchup, and most of you will agree that it really sucks. Workers at this store need to get better trainings. Managers at this place need to see to it that workers are train properly. No wonder why this place gets bad ratings and poor customer services. Please wake up and try treating your customers with care. After all they pay for your salary.Parking: Not so much about parking, but more about the drive thru services. Please speak to the customers politely, not speak to a herd of cows. Manner does count when taking customers’ orders.
