They don't have nuggets, just hamburgers. The meat of the hamburgers is cold and hard. They had no mayonnaise and the ketchup they offer to serve was manually watered down. As if they had double watered it to render it. The soda machine without ice.

How do u hire managers that don't understand words and don't smile and seems hostile , tattoos , no people skills and I can't even make $8 a hour and 20 years of experience. Colour of my Personality is being discriminated against.

Continuously getting my order wrong, or putting in empty cups to replace the items they are hiding that they stole out of my order. Seriously need to replace all the staff at this location.

This store never has any of the things that are on its menu! Absolutely terrible service as well. How are you upset at me asking for a refund on something I was able to purchase although you discontinued the item.

Greeted by Alexis upon entering. Order taken almost immediately. Whopper meal was great just as expected. Hardworking crew. Will recommend.

I often visit this establishment on my way home from hospital visit, or returning from the downtown Library. I have dealt with the entry door at the rear of the store, where there is Handicap Parking ?️ slots. The door is often locked ?, which means walking around the store in order to get from the ?️ to the front door. Mgmt says the reason is to keep the homeless from sneaking in to the store, just to use the restroom.

The customer service is bad and I had an accident with my. Vehicle is parked at the exit of the store, bad service at all, I won't buy any more, alas. Another time the same thing I ask for a meal but they give another one that was no longer cold and the service was lacking I asked to speak to the manager he is no longer waiting more than 20 minutes no one helped me and I threw the food in the trash can I don't buy more oh the second time What's wrong with me? The bag was open and the orders changed.

Sadly not well staffed today. All was ok, but less than usual for a Burger King. No pickles today.

Unbelievable this location stays OPEN. Service is atrocious, even from managers. Everyone looks frustrated and do not listen as you order. It's under staffed which allows your food to come out fresh at least.

This Burger King has been pretty bad the last few times I went. No line, but still not friendly at all, terrible quality of food (I keep hoping they'll be good again like they used to be when I first started going to this one back when the impossible whopper first came out, but it keeps disappointing.) The food was edible, but with no one in line I still was asked to wait on ordering and sat there for atleast 15 seconds, which feels like forever when there are literally no cars ahead of you. I asked for "an impossible whopper with cheese" and he says "with cheese?" And say "yep, also lettuce, tomato, pickle..." and he jumps in and says "everything that comes on the whopper." I say "I haven't been here in a while so I forgot what's on it" then I say "everything except no ketchup... just mayo" and he tells me "$8.30". It's been a long time since I ordered one of these because the last time I came here the food was wrong again (was already home when I checked it) , but it seemed kind of pricey for fast food. I figured maybe the price went up. He gives me a bag with the impossible whopper in it (no napkins, no condiments and doesn't ask if I want any ) and the sandwich is loaded up with ketchup. Thankfully, I checked it before pulling away this time. Sent it back and the guy yells to someone in the back that he put "no ketchup" [on the order]. At this point, I check the receipt and it says "heavy cheese $1.50". I asked for it to have cheese on it, but not for extra. There's nothing about the no ketchup on the receipt. I figure I'll just go with it because I don't want anyone spitting on my food, if I send it back a second time. I like cheese anyway just didn't think I'd be spending almost $10 on this. I check the sandwich when it comes back in another bag with no napkins (only notice that there are no napkins once I've left) and see a couple of tiny pieces of lettuce, a tiny bit of mayo in the very center not even spread out, two cold pieces of cheese, and everything thrown on haphazardly like there are 20 people waiting in line so lots of the sandwich is just barely warm patty and room temp bun instead of everything all over like a good sandwich has been in the past at this place when people took pride in offering something that they themselves would want to eat. Atleast the guy apologized for the mixup, but overall not friendly at all. And total rip off for $8.30. In contrast I had just come from Taco Bell (love their chalupas) and had the exact opposite experience-- quick efficient order (even with the substitution of beans instead of chicken), very friendly service from the lady at the window, and correct food. Not sure why one is so completely different from the other. The Taco Bell is a block away and always busy so maybe they can afford to hire better staff? Either way, I have no idea how this Burger King stays open. That was my last time going back. Good luck ya'll
