Came to this location with my boyfriend as we love Burgerfi! was able to get our order done with no hassle, but what left a sour taste in my mouth is when i accidentally poured the wrong drink in my cup and requested who i believe to be Alanna, who also took our order, for a new one due to my own mistake and apologized- she proceeded to say “You know you can just wash it out with water” I felt embarrassed and an annoyance for kindly asking for a new cup. Not feeling welcomed by her service, my partner was able to ask her again for me in which i was able to receive a new one. The food was amazing and the beautiful lady who served us made the visit worthwhile again but the cashier seems to need a refresher on hospitality

Not happy at all and a little embarrassed. So we went there and I saw a 15% off sign for students and faculty. As a middle school teacher I assumed that it would apply to me. Unfortunately, the girl behind the counter said it was only for college students and faculty, not for public school. If she was polite about it that would be one thing, but she talked to me like I was worthless. It is hard enough to serve the community as a public school teacher. I didn’t need some kid being rude to me about it.-update:I followed Justin C’s directions and sent an email on 4/23/2024 to the address That Justin provided., I will update this review once Justin C. responds.

The food and the wait time was good but do not order the mint milkshake. I paid more for a mint shake and my daughter could not taste the difference between an oreo and mint. It wasn't even green like the picture.

UPDATE: STILL OVERPRICED AND BAD PORTIONS. THIS IS FOR MANAGEMENT NOT THE SERVERS.Please stop ripping me off.Food quality and portions are horrible. It's the $20 burger and fries meme and food is very mediocre. I always regret eating here. SO much today I thought I need to warn people. Stop encouraging them. Fix the sizes and the prices bc this is a ripoff.

BurgerFi didn't disappoint. My friend and I had the CEO burger and truffle fries. Great meal at a decent price. The large fries were humongous.
All the staff were so nice, really enjoyed the environment.

So disappointed! My expereience is normally with a different Burgerfi location. Tried this one today. The burger was so tiny! The bread was different than I'm used to and not branded. It was like eating a kids menu burger for full price.
