OMG food was amazing the service was great. I got the Tilapia Siciliana and it was delicious, hot, and fresh. Cais should be a full blown restaurant with this level of taste and quality. MUST TRY!

We were seated very close to other diners at the front of the restaurant - no consideration for social distancing. The food was very poor, small portions and my dish was very badly presented (Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl) and looked very unappetising. We ate everything. It tasted slightly better than it looked but still had room for plenty more. We will probably steer clear of Chilis now.

One of the worst restaurants ever. 4 o’clock on Monday afternoon, half the tables are empty. 20 minute wait just to get a table. The restaurant is grotesquely dirty. Will never come back. Not kid friendly. Had to ask for kid’s menu

Stopped off for a casual meal with family. Food was great and tasty. Child’s meal was delivered first. Server, Hunter, was great particularly when we messed up the auto pay. Definitely recommend

Short Review: Really amazing food, nice and hot, great flavor and friendly serviceDetailed Review: At first glance some might be suspicious of a food court place serving pasta seafood and steak, but do not be fooled by the simplicity of the appearance, Cais is a must if your are shopping in the local area. We ordered the Tilapia (adult and kids meal and yes they have a reasonably priced tilapia kids meal) and the salmon. Our food was served steaming and with a smile, we believe the owner is also the chef and cashier for we did not see anyone else working with him. The presentation is not important to some but to me it adds that extra zing of enjoyment. Beautifully plated but even more was the taste. The flavor of the food was rich but not overpowering to where you could not taste the fish, cooked to perfection btw. We are out of towners but we will definitely be coming back to Cais with any chance we get.

We made a BIG mistake by doing take out from Chili's 12172 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando. Called in order for curbside service and were told 20-25 minutes when 15 minutes is common, no curbside service provided. Order not ready for 35-40 minutes after call, everything cold, chicken was tough and overcooked, which means they cooked it too long and then let everything sit around for 20 minutes or more getting cold and colder. I can get a warm burger at McDonalds for a lot less, and MUCH faster. DO NOT DO CHILI'S VINELAND ROAD. If you want to throw money away play slot machines.

Food was delicious but new waitress had some trouble with ordering system. It was a patient meal and very relaxing. Had chips and salsa, and 3 for $10 meal with loaded bake potato soup, quesdilia, and ice tea.

We ate here after after arriving in Orlando, 45 minute wait for a table followed by a 30 minute wait for someone to even take our order. We would have left but it was late and we were starving. The restaurant is extremely understaffed, it’s not an error on the wait staff at all and they were really apologetic but if you cannot serve the tables and guests waiting than the restaurant should not be opened. Food was ok, I had chicken fajitas, husband had a burger.

The chicken salad was an excellent experience. The salad was light and included fresh ingredients. It was a large portion for salad but was delicious! Although, some items on the menu are not actually available. Not much variety in the menu as well, but if your looking for a quick Italian experience, this restaurant is worth checking out.

Employee is reasonable I gzve this a 2, otherwise would gave been a 1 (one,) terrible. All food was soggy, no original sauce for chicken. Chrispers. Buns on big moth all torn up. If we would have received this food in house would have sent it back. First anx.last time we will order curbside. From ohio, on vacation. Big waste of our money. Date may 15th 2021
