Every time we go we enjoy it. Also when you dine in there is a complimentary self serve soft serve ice cream machine. Their sweet tea is great as well if you love a bit of spice the bacon wrapped smoked jalapeño's are amazing.

Let me tell you about this place. I dripped a friend off at her son’s apartment. I drove by and saw the name. The spotlight was taking a long time to change. I pulled up the menu. I have food allergies. I was very pleased to see they had the ingredients listed on the website.People always say they have the best BBQ. I’m skeptical to try it out. I’m very glad that I turned around to try them out.The fried okra is made to order. You’re getting fresh okra and not soggy okra from the warmer. The potato salad is mayonnaise based. It was delicious as well.Let’s get into these wings. Their wings are smoked and fried just a little for a crunch. I am a wing connoisseur ?. Typically, I’m an all flat type of wing. I forgot to tell them. I said oh well. I got this orange spicy flavor. These wings were absolutely delicious. I’m glad I stepped out of the box with the flavor choice. I ate the flats and drums lol.The staff was very friendly. There was a lady that provided more answers for questions I had. The gentleman that rang me up was very nice as well.If you are looking for good BBQ in Orlando, you should stop by Cecil’s. You’ll be glad you did.

I've passed by this place so many times and finally decided to give it a try. It always smells so good! I did have higher expectations going in. we walked in at 2:07 and they have a lunch special that runs till 2 and they wouldn't honor it. Not the end of the world but like 7 mins....??? Anyways, the vibes were very good for BBQ but my pulled pork was a little dry :(. The sauces were good but I wish the sweet sauce was a little less sweet. The mild was too spicy for me.

Sometimes I am convinced that not everyone knows what good food is. This was one of those times. Visited Cecil’s for the first time yesterday after a recommendation. Had brisket, hotlink, collards and mac. Hubby had ribs, brisket, sweet potato casserole and beans. All in all, we ate the ribs (moist and tender), and some of the brisket and link. The toast was the highlight. The rest, ugh. I enjoyed the sauces - hot, sweet, and mild, and slathered the brisket in sauce, which made it less dry and edible. I don’t know y’all. All I can say is this is not good barbecue so lower any expectations you have. Customer service was on point and the prices are affordable.

You're not going here for the service or the atmosphere, but you'll still get both. This is the BBQ you should be getting in Texas, but somehow it's in Orlando, Florida.

First time here. Been on my places to try list for about 2 years but don’t really come to this side of town much. Anyways, you order at the counter and they serve you there. Then it’s self serve for your sides and then check out. I got the beed brisket dinner. The beef brisket is the best I have ever had and I’m a huge barbecue person. It’s extremely tender and juicy and tasty even without any barbecue sauce on it. A++++++. Friendly service. My two sides were green beans and collared greens and it needed salt and a mixture of barbecue sauce on top to make it tasty. Banana pudding was ok, nothing to write home about. Will definitely be back for the brisket! Wow.

The 3 sliders were delicious. I had the pulled pork, brisket and sausage. My side was the sweet potato casserole, delicious. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. It has a nice southern vibe and is one of my favorite BBQ places.

Best BBQ I have had in Florida. Amongst the best I have ever had (and I’ve had in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Carolinas). Lovely place inside and very nice people. Be sure to say hi to Sherry.

We found this spot in the area of Freshfields. An hour prior to closing and food still fresh. I will most definitely be back.

Hands down my favorite barbeque place to eat at. Amazing food with great portions, a nice variety of sides, and homemade sauces to top off your meal. In addition to almost every meal coming with some of the best Texas toast I have ever had, every meal comes with a free soft serve ice cream cone for a sweet dessert to finish out a meal. Traditional atmosphere, good prices, and incredibly friendly staff make this a must for any barbeque lovers.
