Save your time and money and avoid this place! Ordered the strawberry Nutella crepes. Had to wait for 30 minutes due to the slow service, not due to a long line, ended up with a cold crepes stuffed with whipped cream to the top, one tiny slice of strawberry and no Nutella in it. Yes, it had a brown chocolatey thing which they claimed was Nutella if you believed!

As far as food in the theme park is concerned, this was one of our better experiences. The crepes are large and tasty. The wait time wasn't too bad (maybe 20 minutes). Seating isn't available so you may have to walk a ways to find a place to sit.

Great crepes! Sadly their menu isn’t in the Universal app so it’s hard to know what they have. Here’s the menu for Mardi Gras 2024

Disastrous, they don't serve Nutella, it's a cream with chocolate flavoring, which tastes more like milk than anything else

I read the reviews about the brisket before my trip and I just had to try it. The brisket had incredible flavor and the coleslaw complimented it very nicely. I would have tried a dessert crepe but was too full!

This place takes forever and they don't tell you an estimated wait time. Fantastic way to blow precious time in the park

$10.64 for a “strawberry hazelnut” crepe that only has one strawberry. The girl who prepared them today was too slow! I wasted my time waiting and in the end it was terrible! The dough is delicious but the filling is really not worth it. What a

So looking forward to this and didn't disappoint. Wife said best theme park food ever and she doesn't even like brisket! Cookie crepes were AMAZING! Can't wait to go back.

Extremely pleased we ate here on our recent trip to Universal. Every food location had a long line so while we waited about 25 minutes it likely wasn't much longer than elsewhere in the park. We ordered the savory crepe and it was outstanding. Highly recommended for a tasty and filling meal and a reasonable price.

Disgusting. Wouldn’t last a day as a restaurant and wouldn get shut down by health dept. Waited for 30 min for my vegan crepe while the rest of my party fo theirs and had the unfortunate opportunity to watch two left hands Leah work dropping things and using dirty gloves and hands to do everything. Nathan tried his best but the place was a mess and I completely lost any desire to eat.

We have been to France...street vendors there make these in about 2 minutes. Not here...plan on 30+ minutes and up to an hour on a busy day.

Sweet Crepes are served at room temperature (or colder). Add that to the mound of artificial whipped cream (tastes like cool whip- although Cool Whip would be an upgrade). Minimal strawberries and the hazelnut cream at the bottom was not mixed right. The Nutella on top was good, but then again, it's Nutella. Service was extremely slow - except to wait 35 minutes or more.

The food was great, but you’re going to wait nearly an hour for a $10 crepe. There is no management whatsoever. The place was clearly 10+ orders deep and had no sense of urgency to keep the crepe makers filled. When I thought it was my order that was being called(order 150), they were actually on 155 somehow. Only after I said something about it being nearly an hour since I ordered did my order get pushed to the front of the line. Don’t waste your time at this place unless you’re looking for disappointment on your vacation.

Very strange system of working.I order the brisket version and they only seem to make it when it suits them, which means I have to wait for over 40 minutes and others who order a Nutella or other sweet variant walk away within 10 minutes. The brisket version is tasty but not tasty enough to warrant a 40-minute wait.
