Cockroach problem I worked here for a few days and could not return because I got food poisoning from my employee meal. There are no health code standards set in place by the manager. They serve old food as the samples, so please don't eat them. I watched them serve the same sandwiches that had been made at 10 am, get "reheated" and served to customer's again at 4 pm. When the junior manager overheard me talking on the phone about it, she gave me a dirty look and pretended to throw them away only for them to be taken out and served again after I left. The conditions I observed were absolutely disgusting. I've been a restaurant manager for over 10 years, and I was horrified.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I needed something to go so I ordered a gourmet combo, fries with bacon, ranch, and cheese, and a drink, it wasn't until I was in my car I realized that they forgot the ranch and had charged them as two separate items, not the combo, which cost more.

I got the regular Philly cheesesteak and felt like the sandwich was incredibly small! I don't eat a lot and I even felt like it was on the smaller side. The bread looked like this weird glorified hot dog bun. I also felt like the flavor was a bit bland. It could have used more salt or something.The regular fries portion was also really skimpy, like one handful. I recommend a large fries for sure. The fries weren't bad though.

we come to vineland every vacation in Orlando and Charleys is normally very good. Sadly was a fairly poor experience this time, dry over cooked crunchy steak and what appears to be a cheese shortage lead to a well below normal experience, not something i would rush back to.

I ordered the Peach lemonade and it was quite good, very refreshing. There were tons of real fruit chunks. I also ordered one of the chicken philly sandwiches, with a few modifications, and the sandwich came perfectly cooked to order. It was a very good sandwich. While I would not consider it top-tier as far as sandwich joints go, it's a very solid option, maybe just one rung below. If you are at the Outlets shopping, I would certainly recommend this location.

2nd attempt to provide feedback and share how disappointed we were with our long awaited visit. We saved this to one of our last meals after 4 wks vacation due to high recommendation. Steaks warm and undercooked even when returned 2nd steak swimming in blood. Side dishes then cold and we did t receive sauces we had ordered too. Although manager politely intervened to diffuse wait time this didn’t make up for poor experience. 2 staters 2 steaks 2 drinks $370 unfortunately no wow factor to support this bill so won’t be returning

Love the food. Always delicious, but this has got to be the biggest rip-off I've ever gotten at an Charley's. My sandwich was 8.99 by itself, but somehow the combo is an extra 7.48, plus I got extra bacon on my sandwich for 1.49. My total bill was 17.96. It's freaking cheaper to eat at a sit-down restaurant with a tip. Btw, let the record show I did order a premium drink and fry. But still, they offer make it a combo deal.
