They cone off most of the parking for valet, so had to park far away. I don't like strangers in my car. Steaks were good, but not nearly worth the inflated price. Side dishes don't come with the meal.
Terrible experiance at Charleys Steak House. I go often with my family and clients and have always had a great experience. This time we were rushed through our ordering, the server did not want to show us the presentation of the meat since we had been there before. We never got refills on drinks. I asked for lemon at least 4 times before getting it. We got our desert , was a birthday and they knew and did nothing. They left the check and never came back.I did call weeks ago and spoke to the beverage manager who told me she would call me back and make it right, I am still waiting.

Celebrated our 1 year anniversary here. Had the MOST incredible wagyu steak, absolutely perfection. The drinks were great and we finished with the most incredible salted caramel cheesecake!!

Whew, open your wallet and turn it upside down to let Ben Franklin's tears run out!! It's a hefty price for an experience, I enjoy the steak I make much more than the thick, chewy flintstone's slab here. The server comes to the table with various cuts of beef on a tray and shows you the options as if you were royalty from the 1400's, so that was cool. I was looking for the melt in your mouth, dilate my eyes food, I didn't get it here. The lobster tail was chewy and lacking flavors, the GIANT porterhouse we shared also left something to be desired. Sides were ok, drinks were ok, didn't have anything that made me want to go back and spend another $700, it was as ok, kind of like watching Florida sports teams

Really good and comfortable Modern Contemporary American Restaurant, but I didn't get to try the Kansas City Strip because it was huge, but the good news is that I revisited the Gator Meat since 2015 when I went with my brothers to eat Gator Meat in Tampa. The Center Cut Ribeye was good as well, but excellent design of the restaurant.
