02/16/2024 outrage as well dam furious why after waiting in line for over a hour for food food still not correct can’t get ahold too management call numerous times too tell them bout the food and order no one cares too see what s the promblem is what happen after spending 60 dollars in upgrades and waiting too have food cold and no explanation why not even a apology or a refund soo I m out of food money and time Noo I m not taking any dam losses this is ridiculous do better

The service is always prompt and the staff is very helpful. I've had one issue at this location years ago and the manager followed up and was very professional. I've lived in the area for years and plan to continue to frequent as long as nothing changes. ?

Tonight I went through the drive-through at approximately 6 o’clock. And the drive-through has a left side where the passenger can get the food and a right side where the driver can get the food as I approach to place my order The person at the window came across the speaker and said, are you here to pick your food up? And I replied no I would like to order some they replied back to me this window is for pick up only. In a rather rude tone. I said, then you want me to pull through and get in line on the right hand side, correct? And That person said yes. This is the second time that I’ve had bad service at this location. One time before on my receipt for my food, it said waiting and in the area that they put Where they identify you at it said “white boy”. I find that kind of racist but when I called to talk to the manager about it, he saw nothing wrong with it. So, as for me, there are plenty other hamburger places that would like to have my business. and I believe I still have a copy of the receipt.

Okay this place seems to just get worse and worse. There's like 2 or 3 people working here and they seems to have absolutely no clue of what they're doing. They always mess up mobile orders as if they can't read properly. They also get frustrated when your tell them that something is missing from the order . ?

The staff is lovely each time I visit. I've never had a bad experience! Checkers is the place to go for some good comfort food.Parking: The parking spaces are limited (as it is mainly a drive through) but there aren't usually many vehicles parked in the area, so it's not too much of a hassle at all.Kid-friendliness: There are lots of fun dessert options!

Great burgers and open all night which is great when you get a craving especially for their fries with a side of cheese sauce. Omg soooo good. And with app ordering you save a lot of money.

Food is what you expect from checkers although this specific store. I normally have a 30 minute lunch and from waiting for someone inside to come to the window after numerous times of tapping on the glass only to be told hold on while they continued to help drive through customers and not the 5 people waiting at the window. I used my whole 30 minutes until the food was in my hand. Horrible service

This location has two drive thrus: One for the driver side and the other for the passenger. Of course, as it’s 4AM and I’m by myself, I pull up on the driver side. Everything goes as usual until the cashier asks me to go around to the other window to receive my food. I was confused as to why, I was the only one there and it would be impossible for me to receive my food. I did as I was told anyways, but pulled in the incorrect way, going against the right of way. One of the employees finally hands me my food as another employee (assuming the (assistant?) manager) starts scolding me in a harsh tone saying “you have to pull in the correct way because if someone were to come in, it would’ve been YOUR fault.” It’s the dead of night and there was no one else around. What did she expect of me? To get on my hands and knees in my car just to receive my food and make a fool of myself? Terrible management and manners but what else do you expect from people who work grave-yard shifts. Only there for easy money. And I still got my food cold which I have no idea how that’s even possible if I watched them make it.
