The food got a lot better from the last time I came here, which was before Covid. I wasn't happy with the food quality and choices. Now, there are more options and quality. The server was decent, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He just lacked a touch of attention. We waited for napkins twice and gave up. Seen another server close by on point. He provided napkins without being requested to his tables. The environment is too dark and needs more lighting. It's not a romantic setting where a couple might want that kind of setting. Bring up the dimmer so we can see the menus without straining our eyesight. I did like that a manager was checking on the tables, introducing himself, but he also didn't notice that we didn't have any napkins. Is there a napkins shortage? I'm not sure if I'll be returning soon. I Rather go to Chili's or FRIDAY'S believe it or not.

Employees need to be friendlier and not have attitudes when you ask them to fix something that the kitchen messed up. They also need to learn to clean the silverware and the restrooms. We asked 2 times for clean silverware and got an attitude about it and told that those are hard water stains. Those are not hard water stains.
After we ordered the Manager came with a plate of honey butter croissants on the house. It was our first time there. We ordered a Margarita drink. Yummy, ribs & shrimp combination with double side of french fries with cheddar n bacon, T bone steak with double side of french fries with cheddar n bacon, ribs & steak combination side of rice and french fries with cheddar n bacon. Everything was served hot and fast. Service was perfect. Also got our doggy bag. =) We surely will go again.
Service was poor and slow,.... We ordered spinach dip appetizers and they didn't give us any plates?,.. we asked for plates and the dip was gone before we got plates?,...
