Pretty much always a great experience at this location. The food is always great, service is fast, staff is friendly, and overall clean and good atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They have good prices for their kids meals and also good variety of options and also they have a “secret” option (not listed on the menu) to trade the kids toy for a kids ice cream cup or cone! But I will say I feel that the toys that come with the kids meal here are a lot better than most other fast food places I have visited.
I am so happy that my son loves Chick-fil-A, it is so much better the the golden arches food, service and cleanliness, the best part is Chick-fil-A's actually have playgrounds in them for the kids to play and have fun, where it seems every other fast food restaurant is taking the playgrounds out leaving the children no place to play and make new friends while burning off all that energyKid-friendliness: Best place to bring your children to eat and play
This location has went downhill. My last 3 visits my food was either wrong or cold or undercooked . I’ve noticed this location is always dead and hiring. It’s a pain to get anyone on the phone because they are “busy” . Not sure how 5 cars parked in the lot and 1 in the drive through is busy. Never the less I rather dive an extra 15 mins to the next nearest location than to come back to this one.

The six of us stopped here on our way home from a wonderful cruise. But this was the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Our order was taken six times and we were told to pull up and wait for our food and it was still wrong when they brought it to the car. The biscuits still looked a little raw and were falling apart. We ended up getting a refund for two of the biscuits. This is not the kind of service I've come to expect from chick-fil-a.
Since the South Chase location has been closed for renovations, I’ve been forced to use this location for breakfast. I place my order on the app prior to arriving to give the kitchen a five minute head start. When I get to the window I’m asked to pull around a park because my regular menu item with no special request is not ready and they will bring out the order. I pull around wait 5 minutes with no food. I go inside to wait more time. I complain every time and told it’s the kitchen is behind. The service at this location is terrible.
I stopped in at breakfast time 4/3 right before 8am and the managers went over and above, I'd give 10 stars if i could! Great location and staff, without the amazing customer service my day would have been terrible.
Took almost 20 minutes for a lever to be depressed and milkshake added to a cup and brought outside to me. I was backing out leaving when the staff brought it to me. My anger and aggravation had already escalated to the point that that I no longer craved the milkshake. I called and talked to a so called manager (probably 18 years old) and no remedy was offered. Customer service has really gone to $h1_ over the years.
