I have eaten at their other location on Conroy until they closed at least on a weekly basis. The location in the Mall is terrible. I paid almost $42 for 3 sandwiches and two bottles of water. I couldn't believe the person didn't heat up the meat, and then built the sandwiches on bread that were all torn apart,. This made eating the sandwiches nearly impossible without making a mess.Then to see the raw meat sitting out in the open with no flames on brings to question to their food safety.I have eaten Shawarma Sandwiches since I was 2 years old from Saudi Arabia, so it is hard to compare Chickpeas, but I was really happy with their other location on Conroy that closed. The mall location was a big disappointment.I do not recommend.

The server was rude and talked to me in a very awkward way. When I mixed up between tahini and hummus as a topping, he responded in a very awful tone as he was giving me the food for free!! They do not have labels in their display so people can differentiate between food items. Never will be back again!! I truly do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Beside their unprofessional behavior, food in the other hand was below averages. If there is a zero star for the service I would go for it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

For a food court, this was a pretty decent find. The menu was a bit intimidating, but, after I told the server what I wanted, he helped me make it work, which I appreciated. The hummus was not bad, just a bit too garlicky. The eggplant was quite good, although a bit greasy. The bean salad was fresh. I will come back here if I'm in the area.

Tried this place on my trip to Orlando. This is located inside the food court at Mall of Millenia. I ordered falafel wrap which was made fresh in front of me and it was delicious. I ended up ordering one more falafel wrap as I loved it.I would highly recommend this place! MUST TRY!!The server who made me the wrap was polite and attentive.

The food was Alright I got my food wit a side of attitude bro looked like he ain’t even wanna be there and was yelling at us when we asked what type of rice that was then they way he slapped my wrap together with food falling out the back cause he ain’t wrap it correctly I don’t appreciate but overall I’ll give this a 2

Went here on valentine's day with my bf, service was trash. The gentleman that took our order and was very impatient and kept rushing us when there was only one person behind us. Also we got a chicken Shwarma plate and they display on the menu that it comes with a Pita. When we're checking out I asked for it because they didn't add it our order. When I said but on your menu it currently it says it does. The guy ringing me up, said it's not included and said I would have to pay extra for it. I declined. Food wasn't terrible but pricey for the amount we got. Wouldn't come back because service sucked.

I wanted to share my experience especially that I work at the Mall. The gentleman who was taking my order was extremely impatient and was rude when communicating with not only me but his peers. He kept on raising his voice and shouting when I was picking my order and what I wanted as sides. When it came to pay at register, they rung my order incorrectly and I expressed that I only purchased a Shawarma and they added an additional salad and bc the gentlemen was rude throughout the whole process I ended up just leaving. This happened on January 27, 2024 and 3:30 pm

Came here after the location on kirkman closed down. Ordered wraps and they barely put any meat or toppings inside. The beef was incredibly chewy and not tender how it used to be. The fries, aren’t seasoned. The last location would toss the fries in seasonings. Not to mention, day after eating them it upset me my friends stomach.
