We walked in, no one's around to greet you for 10 mins standing there.Then here she comes to seat us, when asked if they've got something we're viewing on the mobile phone menu, she said no we never did have that. We selected something else all while still standing there, she said ok, then seated us. so we thought she took our order.After sitting for another 10 mins here comes the waitress who took our order for drinks ? ?. Drinks came 5 mins after, mind you the restaurant had maybe three occupied tables only.Almost 20 mins after the waitress comes to us and said, are you ready to order? OMGGG ? ? BY this time we were really starving hungry ? thinking our food will be here any minute. After taking our order another 20mins gone by, food arrived, no cutlery to eat with.We ask the waitress but apparently she didn't hear us so we had to go get our own cutlery. The food was good but our stress level went up.Good luck to anyone choosing to eat there. ? NO one cared about what they were doing.

The food is disgusting maybe cook the mini burgers like it’s always pink in the middle. The chipotle wings were huge and tasted weird and nasty. What factory y’all get those huge wings creeped me out. Trashed the entire meal !

When I got here and arrived, the waitress said it was going to be a 10 minute wait I have been here over 10 minutes and still don’t have a table. It is 3:07 in the afternoon they said they only have one bartender and one waitress! My question is this is a place of business and you are open why do you not have enough workers? Why is it that I have to wait in an empty restaurant over 10 minutes to get a table? The camera for this time today March 13 through the restaurant and you will see most of it was empty. The majority of the people were only in the bar area! I am leaving this corporate office will take a vase of action and do better. This is ridiculous when you’re in a big city like Orlando running a business, and you cannot have a business to be ran in this mannerism! Customer Service and being somebody that has previously worked as a manager and the food industry I would never have had my customers waiting this long when my restaurant is empty! It doesn’t matter if you only have two servers, I would have at least seated them at the table, gave them menu’s! If I leave a 0 stars review, I would!

Horrible rest. It doesn't have any type of toilet, I have a video of how the cockroaches walk... the food takes a very long time and the staff without any type of kindness. I will definitely NEVER return.
Chili's is a good place to eat. However, our food came out at different times (with several things missing), and the portions were not so great with some of the items ordered. We had to request things several times and some we never received. The waitress was very busy with large groups, but we ended up getting up to ask for items or find them ourselves after a while. Would still recommend it, but go when you know you have time to wait. They do offer take out.
Went here with my dad, was shocked how friendly and fast the service was. The food was also the best chilis I’ve ever had. Nicole was our server she was very excellent.

We arrived at 3:15 and were told there was a 15 minute wait. There were only about 8 tables that were occupied. We got to our table and ordered drinks and didn’t see our server for about 30 minutes after that. We left after being there for an hour. Waiter tried to tell us he was swamped. Another table that was seated after us got their food before we even put in an order. Worst service I’ve ever received from any restaurant.
