Poor Customer Service from lady at front desk. Why such a nasty attitude to get a $10 platter of food. I will make the drive a little further and wait in line at the next closest location and pay more money. Common courtesy cost you nothing. Disrespect will cot you customers.This is definite not NY style food.

No customer friendly workers (really never has been for year and I understand why) but I order shrimp fried rice like always and literally just the rice & shrimp no spec of onions peas or whatever else it has come within the past, that is not how they normally sale it but instead of making it right the manager wanted to tell me it's always been like that no taste at all I've ordered the same thing for years there and now I don't know what I'm talking about "we need to stop giving our money to these businesses......ok china one back to you I go or learn how to cook it myself tired of giving money to these businesses

Horrible customer service I ordered over the phone they told me 10-15 minutes. I told myself I will get there a little later then that cause I know there slow. So I got there in 30 minutes I went to pay but before I paid I asked the lady if my food was ready that I ordered 30 minutes ago she said no when you didn't show up in 15 minutes we don't have it I asked what yall gave it away she said yes I was like no way I'm not paying you and I walked out. Never again will i go there to get food. I don't recommend anyone go there they should get shut down.

Horrible customer service. I ordered by phone was told 20 mins, when I arrived no one came to the counter... I waited 20 mins and then left. Over an hour later I received a text that said my order was ready. They will never get any more of my money!
It's a pretty good take out Chinese food place the staff are super friendly and they were very fast getting me my order. I would give the atmosphere a better rating if they had a few spots to dine inside. I recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.
