I love chipotle but This chipotle sucks, I have been eating here for many years and they always burn the meat, their chicken is burnt all the time. Burnt meat is shown to cause cancer, would not recommend this place to chipotle lovers

I used to come here almost everyday for lunch after the gym for two years and some pos middle aged manager heckled me into not coming back for months. One of the last times I came there was an issue with my online pickup and veyra one of the managers helped me out and I’ve been coming back consistently since. Plus I haven’t seen that old manager around

I just want to say, being in the food industry is hard and NOT for the weak. Let alone a high volume store like this one. The employees aren’t the problem it’s whoever is not hiring enough people and not paying them enough! It’s too high volume! Although sometimes yes they get overwhelmed and some things slip (as most of all restaurants do) but even with that, they were quick, efficient and still managed to smile thru the pain of how rude everyone else around me was. I went tonight and it was slammed as usual, but I still was greeted with a smile, was moved thru fast and Aiden even went the extra mile to check on the back for something I really wanted but could have lived without. I just appreciate the customer service despite all the chaos. Needs to be recognized and appreciated more

The line is consistently long, running to the exit on the other side of the establishment, employees are plentiful and yet they cannot seem to make but ONE bowl at a time. When you get your bowl, the meat is cold, the corn is always semi frozen, and they have becomr extremely selfish with their portions. 1 star because of the lines and slow bowl prep with 5 people behind the counter!

I live close to the Waterford Location but prefer to drive farther as this Chipotle is always an issue. Employees are rude and they are always out of items. Tonight the line was ridiculous long, when it was our turn the first employee just look at us as if we owed him something. My wife ask for a salad and the employee just looked at her and place like 6-7 leaves on the bowl. When he asked me what he wants I told her she wasn’t finished and he placed more leaves. I asked for a bowl and he was with an attitude so another employee came to help us. Then at the next station there was no mild or medium sauce and no guacamole (3 hours before closing). The only person that was useful was the cashier and the second employee that prepared my bowl. Employees really got an very miserable attitude here.
