WORST chipotle in the area. Always out of something. The workers act like they don’t care, are rude, or seem to be high. They just DON’T CARE. They seem happy to tell you that they’re out of stuff hours before they even close or should be shutting the food station down. Better to go down the street to the colonial location where they stay preparing fresh food. How are yall out of tortillas AND bowls two hours before close? I swear they just make things up so they don’t have to work because it is ALWAYS something.

This is the worst location ever. And I mean this literally. Before 9 PM they had run out of 80% of all of their food. How is that even possible? They even run out of lettuce and it doesn’t help I order as salad they ran out of chips and guacamole, as well as pico de gallo corn burrito, steak, chicken along with other various items. They turned away about 40 potential customers that came to the door after 9 PM disappointed that they could not order what they wanted. The staff were excited to tell the potential customers of all of the foods they ran out of. On top of that, there were a lot of messed up online orders, and they were happy to let the people that ordered online know they can get anything missing from their order refunded without any concern or empathy. There would need to talk to whomever he ordered the food from because she cannot do anything about it. This customer literally only got the meat portion of his order and nothing else. The manager refused to come up with a reasonable solution. This location is constantly having issues with running out of food, closing early, and worse of all having the worst customer service. I would rather go to a chipotle, much further way, then go to this one again. I am understandably upset about the situation. This is a reoccurring systemic issue which stems from poor management, poor inventory, and a lack of good customer service.

The last 3 times I have ordered here, my order has been wrong. Twice I ordered a quesadilla with nothing but chicken & cheese, only to bite into peppers & lettuce. Then, today, I ordered a burrito with nothing but chicken, black beans, & cheese, & bit into a burrito with lettuce, sour cream, corn, & tomatoes. How does this happen in the first place, let alone 3 times?

it was 8pm and they didnt have anything but salsas, proteins, rice, and sour cream. I was hungry so i said whatever ill just get it anyways and they took 30minutes on my order and shorted my protein. Plus they still had some of the things they said they were out of (cheese and veggies) and they were using them actively on non in-person orders. for context they close at 11pm.

It's just a bunch of airheads working there. Service sucks. I ordered a drink. But the cup wasn't in the bag for pickup. I asked one of the airhead, and he didn't know what I was talking about. Then, a rude girl jumped in and asked what's wrong. I told her. She rolled her damn eyes with an attitude. As I was walking away, she told the worker how annoying the customers were.

I swear the Chipotle on University Boulevard in Orlando ain’t worth a damn. They are always out of something. I ordered a bowl online to pick up. And when I get it home, I t’s basically a bowl of brown rice (which I asked for white rice), guacamole, and sour cream. It barely had any of the lettuce, chicken, steak, corn salsa, or fajita veggies I asked for. I had so much sour cream and guacamole leftover at the end of that bowl. I’m super pissed. NEVER going to this location again.
