I advise any person of color to stay away from this location in lake nona. Due to the racial profiling that happened Earlier today when we did a online order. While we were in the parking lot when the order came thru as ready to pick up. instead of my whole family getting out of the car my 17 year old brown son was sent In to retrieve the food we paid for!The bag was labeled with our family name. He was asked what the name was on the order, he told them the name then he was told no I need to see a order number so we screened shot it and for him to show the employees WHICH HE DID. Which was not enough Then he was told no we need to see a order number and a name together. Which was already produced. It got to the point that we had to go into the store and ask what the issue was. We were told 1. The printer is broken 2. we don't know the order so you need to tell us what you ordered. Which we proceeded to do but quickly realized the order would have never came thru as ready for pick up if it wasn't ready. The minute we question why would you lie and say the printer was broken and there was no other order waiting to be picked up another employee walked behind the counter and grabbed the food and handed to us that not only had the name but it also had a printed receipt in the bag.NEVER ONCE DID WE PRODUCE A ORDER NUMBER OR PROOF OF WHO WE WERE BUT MAGICALLY THE FOOD APPEARED.CHIPOTLE YOU NEED TO TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY BECAUSE THE SAME WAY BECAUSE WE ALL PUT OUR PANTS ON THE SAME WAY AT THE END OF THE DAY. TEACH THE YOUTH BETTER.

It's the standard Chipotle but the issue is the staff and way they handle the orders. Seems most of the folks are learning on the job and hence they end up making bowls that are not consistent and you end up being frustrated.

Placed order online. They messed up 2 out 3 order. Outside labels name was correct, but inside was someone else's order. Had to come back to remake the order. No sorry from manger, nothing at all. Very bad service.

It takes a lot for me to take time and write google review, more over a negative one. But this situation should be addressed and hopefully upper management take action, my experience was my worst one of many restaurants that I frequently visit. The Restaurant is poorly managed, they need to take quick action before it goes downhill. That’s all I can say, to say the least.

I don’t wanna be a Karen but this is my closest Chipotle to my house. Can y’all please stop over - seasoning the fajita (onions) w so Much oregano. It ruins it. And it’s yuck . I’ve never been to a chipotle that I OVER uses the oregano like that.
