Absolute garbage!! My son was going there to pick up a To Go order so I placed an order for myself for him to get. I ordered the steak burrito, chicken quesadilla and extra pico.The steak burrito had NO STEAK what so everMy daughter called as I was writing this, and said that she got a bowl and it was missing the rice.Unreal. Horrible Horrible. Horrible

These employees don’t even know how to scoop food properly into a bowl. I’m not paying 11$ for a third of the portion I used to get at chipotle. Probably never going to chipotle again. I’m going to support my local Chinese take out places from now on. Much better of a deal. Chipotle fell off hard.

Worst chipotle for sure. There are customers waiting for more than 15 minutes waiting to order but the staff was busy preparing online orders and least bothered to take our orders. It took 20 min for 10 customers to be served.

I placed an order, went on google clicked on the location I wanted. For some reason, it placed it to the wrong location. Went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready! I asked for the manager (Juan Carlos). He didn’t have any empathy told me to call the other store and cancel! I called the other store, no one answered!I had to pay again $50+ for them to make my order! Manager did not offer any accommodations, restitution or anything!Only told me to call the 1-800 to be reembursed!!!Terrible customer service by all!

Honestly I am super disappointed with every chipotle near me (east orlando). My kids and i walked in to 2 different locations today (university and east Colonial) and both were out of almost every meat and cheese. This location was also out of tomatoes this time around too. This is probably the 5th time in a row we've experienced this. It's just really bad supply management.

listen man, with all due respect, whoever is salting the rice needs to stop. my bowl was nearly inedible from how incredibly salty it was. the last two times i've placed my order online it's been like this.

Experienced sexism at this location. I had 5 guys in front of me and 2 behind me, and every single man got double the chicken, rice, and beans that I got. It was honestly so sad that discrimination like this still happens.

Try not visit peak hours or late in the evening. While in the line to place my order for a while I got up to front only for the associate to let me know that they were out of rice for the rest of the evening. It was only 7pm and there scheduled close was 11pm. This chipotle always seems to be running out of key ingredients when I’m visiting. I wish chipotle would take into consideration their numbers, especially in a high volume part of town With multiple other locations nearby.

Definitely the worst chipotle I’ve been too. We walked in and proceeded to ask for a bowl. The man then told us he has no rice, no meat, and pretty much no ingredients. There were 6+ staff members and he proceeded to tell me they haven’t even started on rice or chicken. Rather than providing a reason or a time threshold to when we can eat, they just laughed and waved us goodbye walking out. morning crew clearly didn’t want to work that day and set everyone up for the afternoon shift up for failure. The gentleman we talked to let us know he had just arrived for his shift and I believe this to be super unfair to not just staff but customers.

I pick up food from the drive thru lane at this location about once a week. They have always had the food ready on time and my order is accurate. the person handing it out to me has always been polite. I have not eaten inside so I can't rate the atmosphere.
