This was my first time coming to this location and the last one. I do not understand how this place gets good reviews. We arrived at the location and there was an ok line, nothing too crazy, but the employees sure took a very long time to prepare everyone’s food. First, when it was finally our turn to order, what we went there for, they did not have it. They had ran out of it. Second, the place where they prepare the food was a total mess. Super disorganized. Third, they had the audacity of telling me that because we got there late, that was the reason why they did not have what I wanted. What is late for them? 8:20, when they close at 10:00? This response was very unprofessional. I will not be coming back to this location.

I asked for a chicken burrito they have me half a spoon and for rice they gave me half a spoon and for double steak they gave me basically one spoon full, that is not double, so then i have a small burrito for $18 which is insane

I eat here fairly often because it is a short commute from where I live and on the way home. I wouldn't ever recommend this location to people trying chipotle for the first time. The biggest issue is that this location very frequently marks your order as ready but then has you stand inside while they continue making the food. This happens all the time and I can only assume it is to keep some sort of metrics good, but I'd rather have an accurate reading so I know when to actually come get my food. I would say most of my trips here are fine, but occasionally they're pretty terrible. I usually get a bowl and online order and the consistency with quality and quantity is all over the place. Today's order I got hardly any meat in my bowl at all. I have never had any issues with the staff other than the fact that they often don't acknowledge you when you are looking for your order that they marked ready.

Only posting to possibly save someone. A mouse (small & grey w/hair) that literally ran across my shoe at this location, while I was standing in line. This was sadly not a surprise to any of the employees.

This is consistently the most poorly operated chipotle I’ve been to, wish I was closer to a different location. Staff is inattentive. Items are almost always missing or they’ll give me an order that is not mine and is entirely incorrect. Not sure what the point of mobile ordering is if they refuse to begin making it until you arrive. I’m notified through the app that my order is ready and is on the shelf, but every time they haven’t even started making it when I get there. I suspect the staff are indicating orders as complete well before they really are so that they can circumvent anything that could measure their performance

This place is DISGUSTING this is the 6th time I come here and is always the same so lets leave a review first the roof where the line is leaks bad… The food board was super dirty, the kitchen was disgusting you could tell they where cooking on top of the left overs in the stove, the manager or supervisor arrive as we where entering the place and that is when the staff started to change the condiments… Now when I received my bowl it was cold cold cold the first bite immediately told me that the food was sitting there for hours… the entire floor was wet, we spent $30 to trash it I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS CHIPOTLE AND AS A MATTER OF FACT I AM GOING TO CALL AN INSPECTOR FOR THIS PLACE!

I did not get my delivery, nor was I able to speak to a live person after 6 attempted calls, and I do NOT want to speak to the automated system PEPPER! In which I'm getting the same repeated responses. No help what so ever, and am wanting a full refund. Do people even exist anymore??
